picked this up at o2 at the DBE concert on Wednesday 7th Feb
overpriced for the quality
it easily overheats
the battery doesn't last long and charges so slow
we were told we could swap the power bank inside in case it dies
there was so stand indicating this
asked the bare people and they looked at me as if I was speaking gibberish
only bought this because i forgot my power bank at home

absolutely awful and a scam, visited hyde park in the first weekend of december 23 and used the charger, deposited the charger back within 2 hours. still have not had my 25 deposit back 3 months later. been in contact several times where they stop replying for a week at a time. taken 2 different account details to “refund me” however told me both of those are invalid account numbers. emailed me today asking for my phone number to call me, i asked them to call me between 12-1 as i was in work however they called at 4.30 and had no follow up email

Super convenient. Was travelling international and my phone was dying just as we entered the concert venue (O2 London). Lifesaver loaner charger saved the day! Many concert photos and videos were taken. The deposit was returned immediately after the show. Great service

I rented a power bank whilst being there for a concert and wow what a lifesaver it was. The team were lovely and ensured I got my deposit back upon returning the power bank after having it all night so I was able to find my friends, film the concert and get home safely on the tube to the other side of London late at night! Such a great idea and will definitely be using your service again at other events :)

I got a power bank at the O2 arena in October, It was £25 but advertised as a refundable deposit if I returned it.

I returned my power bank not even an hour later. Tell me why I haven't received my refund still over 3 months later.

I have tried going through your customer service. Your bot is awful, and when I finally got through to a human, I was ghosted. I have been ghosted since.

Will never "rent" anything from you again. Absolutely appalled with your service. Clearly a scam advertised to the younger generation and concert goers.

I rented one out at the O2 arena in Greenwich. I returned it back to the machine but I haven’t received my refund yet? It said up to seven days but it’s been a week

Loved it and it did what m’s it made for m. But I forgot to return it as I rent it. What can I do about it?

Useful and compact

Slim, lightweight and gave me the perfect charge just when I needed it. Can’t fault the product, it comes in a nice variety of colours and very good customer service!

I was glad to have an alternative way to recharge my phone while in Wembley stadium for the Atlanta NFL football game. It was a little slow in charging my i14 Mini to 77% but it did it’s job.

Staying connected is really important and this was possible thanks to you.
The assistant was very helpful when I had a minor problem.

discovered this at Burghley Horse Trials where we were four nights in a caravan with no power. Although the power pack didn't last too long-I used three in as many days- it was no bother at all to swap it for another full charge. Ideal if you are an event like this where it is easy to do a swap.Staff were friendly and helpful.
