Life Stance has really been there for me for years! I can't imagine my life without them my team. From management to my therapist Lorri, I feel like I can talk to anyone I need to about my situation in life & they're going to do their best to help me out & there for me!

They have the worst billing department…
They have the worst billing department and explanation ever. They are supposed to charge weekly if you are seeing a therapist but in our case they let charges accrue then without notice charged the card on file a large amount, after we cleared the balance we were told, but more charges had not been covered it was a nightmare. A mental health place causes anguish with their billing so now you need more therapy. What the drama? Disgusting

My doctor was great
My doctor was great. He listened, explained why he chose the diagnosis that he chosed and made sure I was comfortable and okay with the treatment plan. I’m really glad I found him.

Honesty Caring, Professional , Like a good Friend to talk to
The Dr. Listened seemed very concerned and he wanted a open relationship with me feeling like I had to never hide anything which is what I look for a Dr. To me is someone who knows your inner most secrets in life like a best friend and that's important in my Dr . Relationships to feel I am talking to a good friend non judgmental and a good listener and gives you good advise you can count on him to never lead you wrong .and someone you trust to take care of you and is always there.

I have had to pay $250 dollars in the last 2 months. Before I started seeing Patrick Whitfield, I only paid $40 in almost 2 years. My insurance hasn't changed from the time I started using Lifestance. The last person I saw at the Faber Place location was very nice and informative. She was also very surprised at the amount of money spent.

Money grabbers
Money grabbers. Constantly overbilling, no one in billing seems to know what is going on or communicates. Have poured hundreds of dollars into them. Consistently need to make a full payment on account to see providers, even when claims are in process. Frequent, unnecessary visits to bill up. Thumbs down. Very bad experience overall.

The appointment with Dr Shah
The appointment with Dr. Nidhi Shah was a very important fulfilling one to me. Dr. Shah took her time with me and answered all my questions and we look forward to working together for the benefits and counseling I need. I can tell that Dr. Shah is a kind and empathetic person that takes a genuine care and interest in her clients and this is very important to me. The company as a whole is wonderful group of professionals that care for their clients and do everything possible to help and support us. I am glad that I found Dr. Shah after searching for months to fine the right caring therapist. I recommend LifeStance Health for all who need help with life issues and there are many to deal with. I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and this makes everything a challenge. Working with Dr Shah is the start of learning to live a life that I thought was not possible, but really it is.

I have been under doctor’s care for…
I have been under doctor’s care for several years and seen many doctors. I have never felt as heard and understood as I have with Brittany Stark. She has helped me with my fear of public and driving among others. I feel very fortunate to have been able to receive care from Brittany Stark.
The Lexington office that I sometimes have to call has been very helpful when I speak to a nice lady. I unfortunately forget her name.
