This is 100% a fraudulent, scam company. Very sophisticated, good website, looks legitimate. You get a delivery date, on that date they send an email saying it has been mis delivered to another address (one in Yorkshire for us!). Wish I'd read reviews first! Like all reviews on here, fake messages about misdeliveries, offers of free gifts, etc.
No responses to any messages, emails don't go through, phone numbers don't work.
Going through the credit card company to try to get money back. I would advise anyone who has used this company to change their credit card info, as this type of operation usually sells on the details to other criminals.
UPDATE 9/1/25; They have now posted a standard fake reply to this review. I can confirm that I have attempted to message, email and phone them. Nothing is real. We have reported them to the national police fraud unit, and have a case number. I would suggest everyone does the same.

The same as the other victims :- ordered a fridge freezer on 30/12/24 to be delivered on the 3/1/25 an email saying there's been a miss delivery to Rochester even though I'm in Doncaster and saying they'll reschedule delivery next Friday,I mean these things just don't happen in this day and age.Countless phone calls to fake numbers that are not connecting,no response to sent emails and today you can't even connect to the website.After reading the reviews on here I've realized that I've been had.Aviod at all costs people please.
Update,I've just received an email telling me of another miss delivery?that is 2 miss deliveries now!!!!! I mean come on you couldn't make this up could you,I wasn't born yesterday, please avoid these scammers at all costs.
Update 19/01/25 I was informed by an email of another delivery scheduled for fri 17/01/25 it didn't come but this time I wasn't informed of another delivery scheduled date,I haven't heard anything from them so I guess it's ran it's full scam cycle,so that was 2 deliveries taken to 2 wrong addresses but was refused by the recipients and a 3rd delivery that didn't get delivered at all.
People I hope you read this and save yourself from these parasites living off other people's hard earned cash.

Wish I had seen these previous reviews. Ordered a tumble dryer on the 27th December, the dryer was supposed to be delivered today and recieved an email that it had been misdelivered. I live in Hull and apparently delivered to an address in Wetherby. I have raised a dispute with my visa card. Do not use this company.

Unfortunatelly I also have been a victim of their scam. Same story, no goods delivered, miss-delivery email received on the date of the expected delivery, their chat is not working, phone provided on website are disconnected.
Please report them (like I did) to police and to Action Fraud.

100% fraudulent company. Should've researched before buying. Ordered a washer dryer order #72666. Got what appears to be the standard 'misdelivery' email, and will no doubt get the same cut and paste reply to this. They've put some effort into their deception, I'll give them that, website looks legitimate, but they are 100% a scam, no replyto emails, and phone numbers are fake. Aviod

I did not listen to the reviews and went ahead and purchased a camera. They emailed me on delivery day, claiming to have shipped to the wrong address. In the email, there was spelling mistakes and a big giver was they wrote the full address of where they shipped it to. Why would you write somebody elseâs full address on an email to a customer. I did not need to know the address, I just needed to know when the re delivery would be. This is a fake company , they also sent me links to access my order or request a refund, all the links come back as error, non-existent. Save your money and the hassle this is completely fake
