Not even worth 1 star but cannot give a lower rating. Same experience as many people below. Placed an order and on the day it was due, it was "misdelivered" hundreds of miles away. They wanted to redeliver but I said no and had to fill in a ridiculous refund form. After that I did not hear from them, so I looked online and saw that they are scammers. Fortunately, I have just received a chargeback with my credit card company for the full amount.

I ordered a scanner about a month ago.
I ordered a scanner about a month ago - and on the day of delivery I received an email saying that it had been misdelivered to an address in Truro (I live in North Wales)_ They promised delivery the following week ( plus a free gift of a slow cook pot) yet again, on the day of the delivery I receive am email saying that it had been delivered to the other side of the Country. Once again, they have promised redelivery, plus the free gift, plus a cash back sum. I have emailed the Company twice and I have not received a response - plus their telephone number does not exist. I spoke to my credit card Company - and they have asked that I give this Company a few more days - and if there is no resolution then they will take action against these fraudsters.

SCAM ordered a tumble dryer on 30thâŠ
SCAM ordered a tumble dryer on 30th December received an email stating it was misdelivered on 7th January and would be delivered on 15th January with a free croc pot as compensation. Canât contact or email the company as it does not exist. Reported to my bank and awaiting a response. I found the appliance on google and the website looked genuine
