I had a negative review posted here yesterday; however, the company has since been in contact and redirected me to their updated website. I had been on a previous version apparently.
I had no problem ordering the product with the link that the folks at LifeVac sent to me. Product is ordered.
The response to my complaint was immediate and helpful. That is the best way for a company to solve a problem...address it immediately.
Well done.

Je fais partie des victimes et déplore qu'on joue avec la santé des gens. J'avais tiqué sur le mode d'emploi dont il manquait une partie. Pas très sérieux... et pour cause. Se faire de l'argent sur la peur des gens fonctionne bien. Tous ceux qui ont mis 5 étoiles n'ont pas eu à s'en servir, heureusement !

Big disappointment. Purchased in good faith, and looked at size of face mask. Way too big. Tried to put on smaller mask provided, but unable to remove it. Contacted them and they did not help or replace. Now we are stuck with mask too big to work. We must now buy another brand.
Customer service is rude and awful.

I’ve waited and followed up for 3 months with zero luck. They don’t deliver, nor respond. The worst delivery and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed requesting for a refund and no response. The just charged me but didn’t deliver the product, no refund or response even. Beyond frustrating

Website doesn't inform product coming from China. Said item was delivered and signed for. Never received it. Contacted support via email. They responded with a template email that did not address the missing delivery, just offered a 30% refund for being "unsatisfied". Now using bank to dispute the payment. AVOID this company at all times!

Worst customer service ever with very rude staff! Purchase elsewhere for less money from better people.
They edit, delete and block comments on social media as well. I've just realised! Always the sign of a good, trustworthy company!

I brought this as I have a 6 year old with severe autism who is forever mouthing things, I am pleased I haven’t had to use it yet but feel a sense of relief and reassurance knowing it’s there should the worst happen.
It’s one of them things ‘ I’d rather have it and not need it rather then need it and not have it’

What an amazing company.

The customer service from this company is absolutely outstanding.
My daughter choked on her vomit last week & wasn't breathing for 2 minutes, whilst I was on the phone to the ambulance I successfully used the lifevac to bring up the rest of her vomit & she started breathing again.

I made the company aware of this incident and they immediately sent me out a replacement lifevac for free.

Please do not hesitate to purchase this if you have children, I promise it will give you peace of mind, even if you don't have to use it.

I've purchased one for the house and one for the car.

Je déconseille fortement ce service. L’expérience que j’ai vécue reflète un manque flagrant de transparence, tant sur les tarifs que sur les conditions. On vous attire avec des promesses floues ou incomplètes, puis on découvre des frais cachés, des engagements non mentionnés clairement, ou des conditions qui ne sont accessibles qu’après coup. Cela donne une impression très nette de manipulation et d’arnaque déguisée.

Le service client ne répond pas ou botte en touche, sans jamais vraiment résoudre les problèmes. Cela semble faire partie d’un système bien rodé pour piéger les clients en misant sur leur confiance initiale.

Je poste cet avis pour éviter que d’autres ne tombent dans le même piège. Si vous cherchez un service fiable, transparent et honnête, passez votre chemin.

1. Dette er dropshipping. Du vil få toll og ekstraregning.
2. Du kan kjøpe nøyaktig samme produkt på nett til under halve prisen. Det er ikke en billig kopi. Det er akkurat samme produkt.
3. Tipper Lærdal Medical blir fornøyd når denne svindleren bruker namedropping i reklame for et billig og ubrukelig produkt.
4. Jeg kjøpte dette av nysgjerrighet, fordi tanken er god, men produkten er elendig kvalitet, den ble ødelagt etter første test. Søppel fra Kina.
5. De skryter av CE-godkjenning. Google CE-godkjenning så ser dere at det ikke har noe med kvaliteter og sikkerhet å gjøre.

Fikk ikke prøve varen, heldigvis, men selve salgs prosessen ser ikke fint ut. Har kjøpt LifeVac, har betalt for vare og alt, og plutselig en måneden i etterkant av kjøpet for eg tilsendt en til betalingskrav for fortolling på 370 kr. Mens eg så på vare, eg var rimelig sikker at det er ei norsk hjemmeside- som ender med .... .no
Det lukter lureri.

De lifevac werkt niet. Ik mag niet retourneren omdat de verpakking geopend is. Geen aanrader voor dit goedkope zwaar overprijsde chinese massall geproduceerde rommel ding. Schande !!

Watch out!
The product is probably god but the advertising/company/support is fraudulent.
It clearly says that this is a one time purchase that will last a lifetime for your family. But the product i got had barely a year to the expiration date on the masks. Have tried to take the issue up with the support but they just writes excuses and goes silent.

really great response from the cs teams, hope to never need this device, but it's good to have it just in case...

Wir haben Bestellung über eine Schweizer Webseite getätigt und auf der Rechnung sind auch die Lieferkosten enthalten und zur bösen Überraschung, fallen dann beim Erhalt vom Paket auf einmal noch Zollkosten an.

Die Beraterin von LifeVac Barbara war gar nicht einsichtig und hilfbereit.

We ordered six lifeVac One for each of our children homes
, we had a small issue with the delivery. I got in touch with lifeVac and they instantly resolved the problem. Delivery arrived we are very happy grandparents that we know there is one in each of our grandchildren homes

I’d say their customer service is exceptional! In my case I had an issue with delivery and it might even have been my fault but they all got involved and helped out and looked for solutions until I had it in my hand. They followed up above anything I could expect. As for the product itself I am hoping to never need to use it but feel safer just having it around with a baby soon starting to eat solids.
