I contacted their Customer Service regarding a potentially fake website supposedly selling their yoga mats. I received a response within 2 hours and they were very helpful.

for the price of the mat I expected it to last a long time... however, after not much use at all it has become so slippery that I can no longer use it. I practice daily and this has been my spare mat at my parent's house. However the last time I came to use it, I couldn't even hold a down dog as it was like standing on a slide. Really regret this purchase. My other yoga mat has lasted 10 years and is still as grippy as ever. Although I liked the mat initially, I am disappointed that it is already degraded and won't repurchase.

Lois was absolutely amazing and helpful in the exchange of my Matt. It was the first time I ever received a Matt from you guys and unfortunately it had a manufacturing defect which can happen.
