Liforme empowers their team to deliver the best customer experience I’ve ever had.

Roslyn specifically went above and beyond to resolve an issue that might have been a lost cause.

Roslyn’s immediate kindness and warmth, even across an ocean and through email was evident. She asked smart questions, shared information and gave me options on how best to resolve my issue.

I never expected this level of service. Like, never. A loyal Liforme customer now. I teach in 3 studios and everyone asks about my mat
now I’ll be able to share about the Liforme culture as well, which is so important to so many yogis.

Expensive mistake of a gift

I bought a travel mat for my son who does ten minutes exercise daily. Expensive but sounded good. After 15 months it has two holes in it. For over a hundred pounds this is not good enough and customer service only offering a discount on a new one. Very disappointed

Liforme and dhl bad combination

I ordered a mat from Liforme about 3 weeks ago. DHL said they delivered it and that I signed for it which I did not. Have been in touch with Liforme and I'm having to fill in forms for DHL who should really be the ones accountable and produce said signature. It is not my fault that they have not delivered the mat. This has been nothing but stress so no I would not have ordered this mat if I'd known.
Glad to say that Liforme has sorted everything out. They have replaced my missing mat. I'm delighted with it and my confidence has been restored and I'm enjoying my new mat

From a bad start to a premium experience

I purchased a Liforme Mother Earth mat for £114, expecting a premium service. Instead, I received a budget experience. My order #LFM-407196 has been a 'ghost' for over 48 hours because they use a cheap carrier (DHL24 Road) that doesn't sync with DHL Italy or the Shop App.
To make it worse, their 'Senior Support' ignored my formal complaint for 24 hours, only resending me an automated 'plant a tree' email. You can't fix broken logistics with trees. A premium brand is defined by its service and respect for the customer, not just the product. Totally disappointed. I am still waiting for a real update on my parcel JJD000030101973000000326730. Avoid if you want a professional experience.

As written before, the first shipment was a complete mess and led me to rate my experience very poorly. However, Nicola from the Liforme team contacted me personally and arranged a new shipment, which arrived exactly on time as he promised. I am very happy with how I was treated; this is how a premium brand proves its value. I’m very satisfied now, and that’s why I’m changing my negative rating to a positive one.

Beste Yogamatte, die ich je hatte!

Ich liebe diese Matte! Sie liegt super, man rutscht nicht weg und durch die Hilfslinien ist meine Praxis um einiges besser! Ich habe schon so einige Matten getestet und kann diese sehr empfehlen! :) der Kundenservice ist auch sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Ich muss sagen, QualitÀt und Service ist der Preis allemal wert! :) Große Kaufempfehlung!

I just love this company

I just love this company! The product is fantastic. If you are looking at Liforme you’ve obviously seen their mats already.
I contacted their customer service team, not for a complaint, far from it, I wanted a new mat and their lovely customer service team helped me get a great deal avd over the weekend! Thank you

Refunded for the returned product, but I'm not happy with the Liforme experience.

I have been completely ripped off...

I ordered two mats, buy 1 get 1 half price, so £187.50. Expensive, but you often get what you pay for. One mat was tried out and found to mark excessively. I complained and found out that this is a known fault due to the materials used.

It would have been nice if this was mentioned on the web site so I could have made an informed choice, but I can understand why it isn't I was allowed to return both mats, so thumbs up for customer service, but....

I was only refunded £47.50, so I have lost an unbelievable £140 for returning two items. I asked why, but there is no reply.

I have now received the rest of my refund, minus a £30 charge. I guess Liforme have refunded as per the guidance on the website, but it was harder and more drawn out than it should have been. The charge of £30 levied for returning goods which were not as described seems wrong.

My advice is find somebody who has one and try before you buy to avoid the problems I had.

poor quality, very thin, cheap looking

Delivery etc was fine but mat is very thin (I ordered a travel mat to be able to transport easily to class), very expensive for what it actually is. I had wanted a Lifeforme mat for a long tine and I can honestly say I wish I hadn't bought it. Pattern and colour looks cheap as though it could rub off. Very easy to stain or tear. Have used it four or five times and every time the mat ruched up, does not sit flat on the floor. Find it very difficult to move around on the mat, especially for yin yoga when using socks. Too thin for me especially when compared to other travel mats I have which are 3 times the thickness. In my opinion not worth the money I paid.

il sito non Ú trasparente ho selezionato un tappetino regolare e m sono trovata in carrello scontato uno da viaggio ...ma l'ho capito subito dopo avere inviato il pagamento... subito ho chattato con loro e mi hanno detto che avrebbero bloccato e non avendo notizie ho mandato ben due mail di annullamento ... ma nulla
poco dopo mi arriva la mail che la spedizione Ú partita.. assurdo... meglio ordinare su Amazon almeno ti rispondono subito... tanto costa uguale

I have been trying to contact liforme


I have been trying to contact liforme for a week - so I can return my mats under 30 day return , just keep getting basic emails saying we are looking into it , but no option to return.really poor customer service; no phone number option .Can see from reading other reviews customer service is very slow to respond.Over a week and still trying to return my mats.

First experience with liforme a great one customer service was firstly detailed AI closely followed up by a human just to check and confirm which was a delightful touch
Products are great and bundles and offers are fab too
Highly recommend was introduced by my yoga teacher so great recommendation by a trained specialist

These mats are literally the best out there! I get one every year on my birthday. I recently moved and forgot to update my address when ordering my mat. I reached out and talked to someone named Cath who was so kind and updated my address no problem! Thank you so much for being such a awesome company 🔥

Not worth it very uncomfortable

I totally agree with someone else’s comment on here. The grey mat is actually black. Yes it has a good grip but it is so thin that it is very uncomfortable to kneel on it is probably the worst matter that I’ve ever had even a cheap Marks & Spencer‘s mat had better cushioning than this for the very high cost. I expected a better product very disappointed. But your case you can buy an extra kneepad for £45, absolute ridiculous.

Lifeforme makes the best Yoga Mat


Lifeforme makes the best Yoga Mat available for today’s needs. Works well in a traditional Yoga practice, as well as in a Warrior Sculpt, Hot Pilates and HIIT workout. Super versatile and a I never lose grip. The sweat absorbs, then dries after I clean the mat. I wont use any other mats.

Great product, great customer care

I ordered myself a yoga mat in the Black Friday promotion. It was tracked and went missing in transit. After 10 days I got a bit fed up waiting and emailed Liforme. Their customer service despatched another one that arrived next day, no quibble. The mat itself is fab, expensive but worth it 👌

Poor customer services

Sadly I’m having to come to trustpilot to get some kind of response for them.
I ordered 2 standard size rainbow yoga mats pink and blue. On buy on get one half price.
Really quick delivery received a week ago.

But when I opened the package it had a blue travel mat as opposed to a standard size. Really crest fallen as it was a gift for my friend (the pink for me)

I emailed liforme straight away (Friday afternoon) thinking I’d not hear back till Monday. But to my surprise the reply came back Saturday asking for photos I responded straight away. Yet again a quick reply to say as it was there error they would sort out a return process for the travel mat.

So we could get the correct mat sent out!.

YAY really happy thinking I’d get my friends mat to her before the day I’d planned to give it to her.

Then nothing no returns info! So Tuesday I emailed

and Wednesday

and Thursday

.and now(today) Friday

not even an automated response.

Can’t find a phone number anywhere either.

They have had my money for over a week.
This is there warehouse error and not my fault. It should be a priority as I have asked In every email I’ve sent.

Not to mention the time I’ve spent chasing this up.

Having to resort to Trustpilot to get a response

..still waiting

I won’t be recommending this company to anyone. Which is a shame as the pink mat is really really lovely. I’m sure the blue one will be if it ever comes.

Come on LIFORME get your act together
And sort your customers services out.
