Scam….coaches are trained to take your money.

Support fixed the issue after a delivery delay.

I’m a coach on the website with qualifications. I had two clients expose themselves to me without my consent - it’s a form of sexual assault. It was reported to the company - the company takes no action, the clients accounts were not even suspended. The clients can hang up the call whenever they like and seek a refund, if the coach needs to end the call due to client behaviour the client is refunded, the coach does not even get paid. If the clients had to pay for their coaching regardless of their behaviour they probably wouldn’t do such things - sexual harass the coaches. Hope this company is investigated for their poor practices. Clearly they have little regard for anyone. It’s unfortunate because the premise of low-cost, affordable and accessible counselling and mental health support would be good if it was done properly.

Hi there! I’m a coach on this app and want to clear the air. There are many qualified practitioners and quality clients here.

An unfortunate reality with this platform (and some others that I won’t name) is that some users come to discuss “intimacy issues” as this is a relationship app and bombard new female coaches. I don’t condone it and feel sorry it happened to some of you. This is not the only app this happens on.

Please take the time to read our bios, reviews, etc and do your due diligence. Most of the Top/Elite coaches are genuinely qualified helpful people who love life coaching and counselling.

Are there a few bad apples? Yes. The qualified coaches are not happy about this and vocalize it. I personally have many long term clients who I have incredible connections with and I know a lot of coaches have been blessed with this.

Please do your due diligence when searching for a coach. Top/Elite coaches and many in other levels are credentialed and help a lot of people 🩷

This app has a bunch of sex workers who claim to be coaches and entertain all sorts of sexual activities on the app. I used to talk to 3 really good coaches on this app, and I can no longer find 1 of them and the other 2 seem to be inactive. I have to now search and find where I can get them. I can only imagine why such decent and amazing coaches would not want to coach on such an app. It’s really a shame that the anpp advertises as coaching app and support sex work and also they do nothing against such activities. This app sucks but I use it only to talk to my coach who I was lucky enough to find. There are some coaches rated at the TOP with some fancy badges and they are mostly horrible, sitting to seduce clients. 2 such coaches offered to send me her naked pictures. There are very few good & legit coaches here - -though they have lesser number of sessions and reviews, they are so good. My coach has a badge but lesser sessions and reviews and she’s so good. Looks like the app only boosts the coaches which do sex work. And I can say I would trust just 1-2 top coaches - in fact male coaches. So anyone using the app -Don’t get lured by just the badges, first interact using free messages & read their reviews even is they are less. You’ll know what genuine reviews look like.

I applied for a coaching position with this company in response to an online advertisement. I had to submit copies of my certifications, including coaching credentials, as part of the application. After my application and profile were accepted, men started contacting me with sexually inappropriate behaviour. The company is misleading the coaches, leading them to believe it's a legitimate coaching platform and earning opportunity, when in reality it's operating as a phone sex website. The clients are disgusting, some are paedophiles, sex offenders and convicted felons operating on here. This company is highly deceptive and dangerous; sexual favors are not part of the counselling process, and consumers are being misled, believing they are receiving mental health advice when they're not. This company's practices should be investigated.

I’ve worked with 4 coaches on LiftTalk (2 men, 2 women) in 2 years in order to to get different perspectives, for my relationship. For me, every session was professional, respectful, and insightful.

I never seen or heard anything inappropriate like some reviews mention, must be a few bad apples. I’d recommend doing what I've done, I've chosen coaches with at least 2 certifications in the subject I need help in, plus a bio that also matches the help I need. Great experience overall.

I will definitely use it again if I have problems again, I really liked that I was able to get help for my relationship.

The app is convenient especially for instant support. My fave go-to coach on app is Max, wonderful coach overall. The app is easy to navigate as well. It has definitely been an incredibly positive experience overall.

I signed up for Liftalk with the intention of being a genuine counselor and helping people. The platform's interface is clunky and annoying to use, but that's a minor issue compared to the content. It became immediately clear that this is a sexual chat site disguised as a counseling platform. I was bombarded with messages from men looking for sexual conversations, not advice or support. It's incredibly misleading and frankly, quite disturbing. I'm completely shocked and disappointed by this experience

Customer Service is non-existent, they openly ignore messages sent through the website and emails to support@ ... Nearly impossible to get any help from them

Great platform for gaining help, although there are some coaches on here that are better than others..

Horrible and they removed my one star review for a coach called EMAN, she justified cheating and said that none of us r normal, she also was opinionated and disrespected mu opinions by calling them superstitious, Eman R.

Coaches are nice but the customer service is horrible

Lack of professionalism and I waited for a week so my profile would get ready live online. All lies and excuses and the people who work there are not real coaches.

Very unprofessional and they beg for work. Such a waste of time. Who is in support is a support for the platform only but I found out that is a coach,,,, Very fishy and not a place to work

I was registered there as a coach. First, the support was unresponsive and many questions were ignored. The whole system is lacking professionalism. I had an impression that just 2 or 3 random people were working there with no business etiquette skills and understanding of what customer support truly means!
Second, you are being constantly “bombarded” by men who are just looking for sex service. Liftalk makes you respond to them within 15 minutes otherwise they decrease your ratings. To get a client you must text every person who looks at your profile even though 99% of them just want to use you as a sexual asset! Given that they take 50% (!) commission from coaches such attitude & approach is absolutely unacceptable! After two weeks of no bookings, useless texts & harassments I just deleted the account & the app!

Highly not recommended!

It seems to be a new app, they're still working on things but I'm quite happy with my experience. Hit or miss with other professionals but they're quality and affordable compared to other sites. So far my experience was good, I see good intention of those I had sessions with. Very convenient way, I open the app, find who is available then purchase.
