could be my fault?
This is probably the fault of ups, but I was charged 50$ duty on a 100$ package coming to Windsor, Ontario, Canada. That's insane.
The products themselves were packaged good and looked good. I tried several doses now and got to admit I have not felt much of anything. I tried double the dose as well with same results unfortunately. Maybe it's me, I'm not sure.
Company is great and professional, just not sure if I will end up ordering anything again..

It is unfortunate to hear that you were charged in excess for customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees.
We advise our international customers that UPS tends to charge higher customs brokerage fees than DHL or USPS/Canada Post, but they do provide better tracking and more prompt delivery than the others.
We do not set, control, nor can we predict these charges, so it is unfortunate, but is not a result of our service that the duty charges were higher than anticipated.
As for your dissatisfaction with your purchase - we always offer a 90-day hassle free return policy!
So please just contact us directly, so we may take care of you regarding your satisfaction. This policy is in place, so that you may try various products we carry, until you find the right groove, without losing funds on products that don't work well for you!

Very great quality
Very great quality, package quality, customer care, and PLENTY of information and tools that comes with each product to be able to safely measure each dosage, but also I got a free 6 capsule sample of “moodlift” pills which have quite the assortment of herbs of various herbs in it BUT BUT BUT more importantly than all that… IT CAME WITH A LAB REPORT!!!!! I’m so proud of this company for adding that to my order!
