Timely and efficient response, no problems

Pricing and quoting is not very transparent.
When we wanted to get non-marking tires for our forklifts, the quote does add $85 service fee in total but not as a line item. Then when we get the invoice, it is $10 over the original quote.
Term says that pricing is up to 10% without customer's approval.

We end up having to create another PO to take care of the discrepancy instead of Liftow honoring the price.
This takes up more resource and time than it should have been done.

Ray Renaud took my order for my fork extensions, got back to me promptly with price and delivery. On top of it he dropped them off himself after 5pm on Nov 19th. He also checked my forklift plate to make sure we were legal using the fork extensions which we were.
I was very impressed with the service Ray gave me, so that is why i'm giving a rating of 5 stars

Always very good to us. Arrive quickly when there is an issue and do not perform unnecessary work.

All interactions with Liftow from CRS, Technician, & Account Manager are very good. Overt the years a great working relationship has been established that is greatly appreciated.

We thank Liftow customer service and the Technicians for the excellent work that they provide, my experience was excellent, service was fast and accurate, clear and just.

There is some errors with sound in my video but it's only in 3 or 4 moments of the video where the volume drops significantly for about 20 seconds. Aside from that it's a good staff training video.

Pricing is a tad bit on the high-end, nevertheless service is excellent, never had an issue with our lift-truck after a service has been completed. Liftow sets the bar with its honest workmanship. Quality Valve Repair continues to keep its long standing relationship with Lifttow Ltd.

John was here on time, worked very efficiently and safely, talked to me about any and all issues. Did all repairs needed in a very good time frame, was considerate and polite

Since we changed service providers from All Lift to Lift Tow we have had great service for our machines. Technicians are very prompt, knowledgeable and eager to help when called upon. Lift tow keeps our fleet flying!

We love the camera we bought but had to have it shipped to a friend to then send it to us because our postal code was not good. I receive shipments daily from Can Post, Purolator, Canpar, UPS and FedEx so I don’t understand why P0H 2H0 cannot be shipped to. We need a spare battery but would like it shipped to us.
