Habe mir über die Webseite lightburnpro das angebliche Programm gekauft. Mit Karte bezahlt also alles gut. Jedoch bekommt man keinen Code für das Programm sondern man bekommt eine Crack den man installieren muss. Jedoch funktioniert dieser nur wenn man seine sämtlichen Virusprogramme ausschaltet, ALLE !!! Dauerhaft. Beim aktivieren der Anti Vieren Software wird das Programm automatisch gelöscht. Also Betrug von meiner Seite aus

I was having problems setting up my new laser engraver. I sent an email to LightBurn and within minutes they responded with a detailed step by step solution! The software is excellent and the customer service is even better!! I am really looking forward to creating with my new laser and learning my LightBurn software. I now know I can count on LightBurn as I continue my new journey!!

Eine total coole und innovative Software. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem bei der Lizenz Aktivierung und mir wurde dank dem super netten und freundlichen Support schnell geholfen (keine 24h).
Die Software ist sehr umfangreich. Ich arbeite jetzt seit 4 Jahren mit LB und diversen anderen Programmen, LB ist meiner Meinung nach die beste Software für DIY und Gewerbe.

This company is fantastic, couldn't fault them, if any problems contact these guys as they are very patience and very quick to your response. This is the easiest software I've ever worked on. So I highly recommend this to anyone.

Lightburn support is always the best, fastest, and most fair I have experienced!
I have software from almost all of the big guys,from OS to speciality software for music and craft creation, to Office. Fortunately Lightburn stands at the top, for what ever reason, I love the other software companies, but as far aas overall support, they can not hold a candle to, "Lightburn Software Company"

Programari molt més que excel·lent, estalvia molt de temps, permet agrupar tasques com gravar i tallar en una sola sessió i disposa de moltes eines i dreceres. Val la pena els diners que val.

Sobre el servei d'atenció al client, també excel·lent, atent i resolutiu. Ràpid en respondre, proporciona informació rellevant i possible solucions als problemes.

I el fòrum està al mateix nivell. Rapidesa en les respostes i resolutius.

Mai hagués imaginat la satisfacció i tranquil·litat que sento en treballar amb el programa i em sento recolzat amb l'atenció al client i al fòrum. La majoria d'empreses haurien de prendre nota del què és un bon servei.

LB Efficiency. Speed in replies, easy to follow advice!
I contacted support to get the current licence expiry date. This due to sent in a payment which according to mu notes was due….but it seems I was way out partly due to getting months of extension for paying before expiry!!
I sent my request during a weekend, thinking it would “Next week” before a reply would be sent!
I was wrong…due to the LB Team efficiencyI got a quick reply next day!! Thanks guys

Ich bin total zufrieden mit Lightburn , anfangs ist etwas Einarbeitung erforderlich aber dann kommt man schnell zu großartigen Ergebnissen

Best software available, with outstanding support
Offered at a fair price (you'll easily make your money back just from the time saved compared to using LaserGRBL and similar tools), this is hands down the best laser software out there. It works with all laser cutters.
Support on their forum is incredibly fast and detailed.

I have been using Lightburn since 2018; it is outstanding software. With every release, it only gets better. I absolutely love the customer support, too!

I am a complete newcomer to laser usage and not a particularly good computer user, added together this made for a daunting venture.
Lightburn were so helpful answering my queries and offering very helpful advice. I achieved my first project but only because of Lightburn’s help.
Their App is understandable to novices and forgiving when user errors occur. The main thing I felt most important from this was that Lightburn is staffed by real people who were willing to resond with personal emails. At no time did I feel that I was just another‘customer’ I felt valued. Thank you Lightburn Team

Can't comment much on the software as I'm only responsible for getting it installed, but their customer service experience was brilliant.

Assisted with the retrieval of a product key with minimal information to hand, went above and beyond what I was expecting.

It is for me the best software for Laser cutters… I’m using it for many years and it is excellent… I recommend it 100%
