Très réactive même un dimanche je recommande à 200 %

I had an issue with recovering my license key and reached out to the Lightburn support team and got an almost immediate response. My problem was handled efficiently and the communication was awesome. This is by far the best software application I have ever purchased.

The software is easy to operate and the support is amazing.

With every new update, Lightburn introduces new issues. If something isn't broken, there's no need to change it. This software has the potential to be excellent, but these constant changes make it unnecessarily frustrating for users. Disappointed.

Servizio a dir poco eccellente, avevo un problema con offset sui cerchi, stranamente la macchina si comportava bene facendo dei cerchi singolo ma quando chiamavo la funzione OFFSET e la macchina andava a lavorare, l'incisione interna del cerchio era perfetta ma quando poi andava a tagliare il perimetro, il taglio si presentava leggermente ovale, dopo varie mail avvenute con il supporto di Lighburn, non dico che tutto si sia risolto ma ho preso a conoscenza che quello che faceva è attribuito ad un gioco meccanico che tagliando in senso opposto all'incisione amplificava l'errore...ad ogni modo ora so gestire molto meglio lighburn grazie al supporto ricevuto... GRAZIEEEE

Really impressed with the speed of response to my request for help. Would REALLY appreciate it if they would provide support in running Lightburn for Windows, on Linux Mint using something like Play On Linux, Wine, Bottles, or other similar tools.

I'm sorry, but whoever looked up my information and answered my questions is worth every cent they make and more. I have never been this pleased with the service from a company that I can remember and I usually remember good service. Great product and fantastic service. I will renew my license regularly eventhough the software works fine without renewing it. It's all I can think of to show my appreciation.

Очень хорошая программа, я ненарадуюсь, когда делаю какие-то проекты. Все понятно в настройках. Единственная проблема - это цена лицензии. Ознакомительный срок скоро закончится, в том числе и продление. А купить лицензию, денег пока нет.

Tuve problemas para comprar la licencia luego del período de pruebas, y me extendieron el tiempo de gracia. Ahora espero poder adquirir la licencia. El programa es bueno y cubre satisfactoriamente mis necesidades. Muy conforme.

LightBurn is great to work with. I always get a reply, at least by the nex morning and it's always useful. My laser broke and they have helped me extend my trial period. Cheers to you, LightBurn!
