Paid £80 for lights which were not delivered. Provided photographic evidence and almost one month later, I am still awaiting a refund. Company claim they are awaiting an investigation. But this length of time is unreasonable. Steer clear. Isabel at Customer Services extremely unhelpful.

The company itself seems to be good but the delivery company they are using to deliver their goods is bad. They left parcel on doorstep to get rained on even though I requested 'leave in safe place, enclosed porch'. This courier has done this twice in 3 days. Electrical goods in rain not good.

We ordered an outside lights which arrived quickly was packaged well and looks great by the front door.

Delighted with product, had a couple of questions before I ordered and these were answered within an hour or so. Kept up to date with delivery too

We are very happy with the lights but there were no instructions on how to use the remote control which had to be paired with the lights.
Lightexpert responded quickly when I reported the problem but it would be helpful if all the necessary information was included with the purchase.

Timely delivered of my 4ft garage LED Batton 30W lights. Easy to fit and excellent lighting.

Product was 5 ft LED batten 5 pack. Well priced prompt delivery - good service.
200 mm tails are too short, its easy to shorten a longer cable but requires an extra JB if it wont reach. It should reach to at least halfway to match typical existing units.
Also an optional 15 mm thick box about half the length of the unit taking the clips at the ends would make replacement of existing flourescent fittings where the looping in is contained in the existing fitting.

Item arrived on time and exactly as described.

The exterior wall security light arrived promptly, well packaged, and I was delighted with the quality; excellent value for money, and I will be using this company for further purchases.
