Product was 5 ft LED batten 5 pack. Well priced prompt delivery - good service.
200 mm tails are too short, its easy to shorten a longer cable but requires an extra JB if it wont reach. It should reach to at least halfway to match typical existing units.
Also an optional 15 mm thick box about half the length of the unit taking the clips at the ends would make replacement of existing flourescent fittings where the looping in is contained in the existing fitting.

CCS have delivered the wrong item and in three days of trying (the period advertised as the maximum for querying a delivery) I have not managed elicit a non-automatic response within a reasonable period of time, either on the phone or by email.
