I recently completed (and passed) a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme with Lighthouse, they were extremely helpful and informative and I would highly recommend them as a training provider. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I recently completed and passed my level 3 business administration apprenticeship with Lighthouse and cannot recommend them enough.
This was my first apprenticeship and the guidance and support they gave throughout was invaluable.

Initially, the amount of information was quite overwhelming and generated a lot of questions, which my tutors answered with patience and accuracy.
A couple of downsides is that the learning portal used isn't particularly intuitive but, once you get used to it, is easy to navigate. The amount of e-learning, in addition to the online workshops with your cohort, could be adjusted as my preference would be to learn more with the tutor and my cohort, but there's a lot to cover in the syllabus so I imagine some e-learning is unavoidable.
In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lighthouse as a training provider, there are some tweaks that could be made to how we learn, but having a supportive and knowledgable tutor far outweighs them.
If you're thinking about it, sign up, you won't regret it and will learn a lot about yourself and your subject.

I very recently completed the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager course. I learnt a lot which has already helped me in my career. The support and encouragement delivered was quite exceptional and I have to commend the tutors and Angie in particular.

I recently completed the L5 Operations and Departmental Manager Apprenticeship course. Initially, I joined the course just to learn how to manage my time better, but gained so much more than that. Halfway through the course, I gained the tools and confidence from the course to apply for a promotion I was successful for! I am grateful for all the support I received from the team at Lighthouse and especially my tutor Samm Gardiner who was so patient with me!! I would recommend this course for anyone trying to become a better professional and person in their life outside of work! :)

I've recently passed a Level 4 Improvement Practitioner course, which wouldn't have been possible without the support from Samm, who was on hand to run through my presentation (more than once) and offer advice on how to tackle to questions, with guidance on what prep you could undertake. Samm was also able to offer advice on what the assessor is looking for with answers.
My main Trainer Ian was also clearly an expert in the field and the sessions with Ian were very informal and allowed for any questions you had. Thank you both for helping me to add a string to my development bow.

I recently completed my Level 5 Operational Manager apprenticeship
through Lighthouse Training and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The virtual training delivery was well-structured and engaging, making it easy to learn and retain the information even in an online setting.

However, what truly set Lighthouse apart was the ongoing support I received from my tutor. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer my questions and provide guidance throughout the course.

Thanks to the combination of effective virtual training and outstanding support from my tutor, I was able to complete all coursework and achieve a distinction in my Level 5 Operational Manager qualification.

The support given by Samm on my TL or Supervisor Level 3 course has been fantastic.
She’s just got me and understood my ways of working to make it such a beneficial journey.
Samms always had an open inbox and is happy to talk through anything needed several times over if required.

I have recently completed the Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification with Lighthouse.

I'm delighted with the learning and development that I built during the programme. I came with no prior knowledge of coaching, but did have an appreciation of the value that it could bring to me and my leadership skills. I left with a deep understanding of the principles of coaching, and a working knowledge of how to effectively apply it to my leadership style and to my own professional development.

The content of the course was enriching and I felt supported throughout. Julie, our course tutor was always available and I'm very grateful to her for all of the support that she provided!

Easy to follow program and great guidance, communication and support. There is always someone available for you to speak to no matter what and for me that means a lot as it provided me with the tools and confidence I needed to succeed.

I have just completed a level 5 Operational and Departmental management qualification with the Lighthouse Group. The course is exceptionally well run and all of the training I have received was really relevant to my work, it has helped me so much in my career as I’ve been able to implement everything I’ve learnt in my role. The course tutors are fantastic (special shout at to Samm who was absolutely brilliant!) they’re very knowledgable and so supportive, they make you feel totally prepared for the end point assessment and are more than happy to work with you on the assignments if you need any support. I’d highly recommend completing a training course with this provider.

Tutor support, trainer lead sessions and on the job learning made this one of the best trainings I've ever had. Samm is a fantastic tutor and was instrumental in steering me until I complete and achieve a Merit pass on my L5 accreditation and my Charter Manager Certificate has arrived! I would highly recommend this trainer provider.

I had been let down by my previous provider and Lighthouse were aware of this and gave the necessary support and trust I needed for me to take on a level 5 again.
Without the support and commitment from Samm Gardiner I may not of committed to a level 5 again.

A fantastic company. They provide really clear student guides and top support from tutors throughout the course.

I cannot recommend Lighthouse group enough! They are an absolutely incredible training and development team to work with. I have just passed my Level 3 course with distinction and they also helped me so i could pass my maths exam. A special thank you to Vicki who i couldn't have got through this without, and Julie for all your patience and help with maths. Please don't even consider going elsewhere, Lighthouse is the best there is!

I have completed the level 5 in coaching and am delighted with the learning and development I have come away with from doing this course. The content is challenging yet rewarding and Julie (tutor) was always on hand to guide and support throughout. A great course for all levels of managers or those interested in coaching others to achieve better outcomes in their employment.

I have just completed my CMI level 5 diploma in management and leadership. Undertaking the course has been extremely rewarding. The course has provided me with a solid foundation of core leadership competencies that will help me effectively develop as a leader and build in confidence. The Lighthouse group have been a constant support throughout my journey. I especially want to thank Angie Jessup for putting up with my many (many) questions!

I have completed a Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager course
I learned a lot from it and have been able to apply it to a number of areas in my current job role. The training provider was excellent, both in terms of how the programme was run and the support received over its course. The course will help me progressing to a more senior roles.

I have recently finished a CMI Level 5 Apprenticeship (Operational Manager). The course by Lighthouse group has been excellent and I have received very good guidance from the tutors. Highly recommended.
