The support and guidance provided by the Lighthouse Group through out the Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship programme was fantastic. Online training sessions and Face to Face sessions provided by the tutor was resourceful. Learnt better ways to implement improvements on day to day activities.

I have recently completed a Level 3 course in the Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship.

Throughout the course i have learnt so much, i have noticed a difference in myself and my team as the course has gone on.

The online classroom sessions were always easy to follow, clear and interactive. My trainer Niki was always approachable and helpful, and my Tutor Samm has always been available to me whenever i have needed assistance and advice throughout.

I am so grateful for their help and guidance, this training has definitely helped me become a better manager.

I would strongly recommend Lighthouse to anyone considering further education and growth.

I have recently completed a Level 3 course is Business Administration and have been very happy throughout the course. The classroom sessions were easy to follow and had the opportunity to discuss items in breakout rooms. Angie has been so supportive and encouraging and I am so grateful for all of Angie's help and guidance throughout the course.

I have just completed my Level 5 Management qualification which has been a challenge. A huge thank you to Samm for being very supportive throughout the course. The tutor-led lessons were professionally done, interesting, informative and easy to follow. I enjoyed these sessions also as it had the opportunity for group discussions, breakout rooms rather than dialling in and watching presentations. I would recommend this training provider.

I recently finished my project management apprenticeship with lighthouse, I was supported by my tutor Samm and trainer Ian all the way through. Being new to project management, I had no previous experience and struggled with completing my portfolio initially. Lighthouse created a separate schedule for me, where the portfolio was completed at the end, this gave me the best chance of passing and 2 years later I am now qualified. A big thank you to Samm Gardiner and Ian Glenister for all of their support throughout!!

Lighthouse are easily the best training provider I have worked with. They structured my course in a very helpful and logical way, making a long and challenging process understandable, digestible and manageable.
The tutors are very knowledgeable and on hand to assist giving time and support.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Since I started this course I have massively grown and improved my skills/knowledge that I can now use in the future. I have recently completed the Level 5 Operational Management qualification through Lighthouse which was a great experience. Samm has been on hand (usually last minute!) to support whenever required, and helped me throughout the qualification.

I was lucky enough to be with a group of people from a variety of different industries, which made the course even more interesting - to share ideas and experiences with a range of people.

Samm is a supportive and excellent Apprenticeship Tutor. I could always approach Samm for advice and coaching on my assignments and sense check my work to ensure I hit the distinction criteria or when I wasn't sure on how to approach something. Samm was quick to respond and it's been lovely to have her as my Tutor throughout the course. The NVQ helped me grow to become a competent Leader and Manager. It is great to have the CMI accreditation and professional registration and benefitted from having a CMI mentor too.

When starting the course I had very little experience and knowledge of the subject, I found the quality of the tutors excellent, very experienced, knowledgeable and very approachable if you needed any support or guidance. I could not have completed my course without that level of support from the team, thank you!
I did find the workload high but manageable, during my time on the course, I learnt so much and look forward to brining this experience and knowledge into the company I work for.

I didn't know what to expect from the ASCEND level 3 course, but I can feel the difference it's made to my working life. I've been told by others that my development during this time has been noticeable, and since completing I have been promoted to a management role, which I'm certain I owe to Lighthouse at least in part. I'd particularly like to call out my tutor, whose excellent support during a tough time made the difference between completing and not completing the course.
I also thought Lighthouse did a good job of providing this training remotely, which is obviously very challenging. There is room for improvement in this area, although hopefully this won't be necessary forever!
