We purchased the christmas tree set and regret it, so flimsy and I think it was version 1 of it, spent hours connecting it to find half didn't work correctly, waste of time

Unusable and very poor instructions
The kit instructions are unhelpful and the actual install is unable to be achieved without a video guide. I paid +$400 and unfortunately cannot use it. Your competitors have detailed video guides.
I don't know what to do other than warn everyone to not buy from you and keep the kit in the hope that someone eventually does an install guide that is workable.

Simple installation and great service
I have now bought a few light sets from LMB and for a complete idiot when it comes to electrical circuits, I have had no difficulty installing them and they have brought my sets to life.

Avengers Tower lighting set
I bought the lighting set for the Avengers Tower. The designers are geniuses!
It is a top quality product & looks absolutely amazing. Seeing how intricate the wiring is I’m glad I went with your company.
It’s not an easy install, It takes time & patience but looks incredible.

Disappointing experience
EDIT: Order was returned and refunded OK.
While I cannot comment on the quality of the product, I found dealing with the company to be disappointing. After spending hundreds of dollars on their Black Friday "limited time" deals, they offered a much better deal mere hours later. I did enquire about whether they might extend the offer to me being a first-time buyer, and while they weren't under any obligation, I thought they might consider it after spending $500. However, they wouldn't. I then asked to cancel the order, and they wouldn't do that either. Also, the rewards points for such a large order did not register on my account as well. Such a shame, I thought supporting a local company was the right thing to do, but in hindsight I should have just bought the cheaper Chinese items from Temu instead.

A wonderful shopping experience.
The Light My Bricks web page is clear and simple and
ordering and paying is easy. The items were shipped out quickly and packed well. All in all it was a pleasant and painless shopping experience. I will definitely buy more products from them in the future. I must add that their new lighting system is great. As an older lady with arthritic fingers I struggled with the connections of their LMB 1.0. With LMB 2.0 I have no problems whatsoever.

They went out of their way to provide service…
They went out of their way to provide support by supplying some product items that they no longer stock so that I could maintain some of their older products I'd bought previously. They didn't have to do that and it was great to see support for a customer who had invested in their older stock lines.
