Great kit. Makes the lego pop nicely.
Not clear on age suitability though highly recommended.

I have tried lights from the other three brands and to be honest I don’t like the trailing wires that are visible. I tried this brand and I am very pleased with all the purchases I have had. The wires are stronger and you can see they have took time and passion to make these products from packaging down to instructions both after Lego is made or while your making the Lego. Only had one issue a light was missing but within 24 hours I had a pack delivered and installed.
When i buy lights or my lego it will be lightmybricks.

The kit for the Gingerbread AT-AT is a winner. Easy to assemble post build and looks great.

Exceptional service and resolution to a delivery issue where my parcel was deemed ‘Lost in Transit’. Couldn't have done anymore to provide a quick resolution.

The Christmas tree lights are brilliant, it really completes the display.

However the instructions are a touch difficult to read due to the various different strings.

Otherwise beautiful set and almost essential.

The website is easy to use. Great lighting kits and amazingly fast delivery to NZ. The 2.0 system is brilliant with the cables going under the bricks so snugly.

They are marketing something that doesn’t clearly instruct how to implement the product to the point it’s destroying the components I have when trying to install. Even the chatbot and agents support very poor and they are not clearly instructing the user how to implement it. I currently have an unresolved case that took over two weeks to get support and the agent has disappeared again after giving vague support that resulted in one of my components burning out. I’ve asked so many clarifying questions and just not getting responses it’s at an unbelievable stage.

Quality of product is excellent; instructions are comprehensive and easy to understand; delivery is really quick.

The service was great, fast delivery, and the product is amazing, but the lights are just not for me. I found they were extremely fiddly, hard to assemble, and very frustrating. I like to pull my sets down at the end of Christmas to pack away and enjoy putting them back together each November. I don't feel I can do this without damaging the lights, and would find it extremely hard to relabel the parts as they come off. I also found that part of two sets did not work once completed. I suspect this is purely user error and nothing to do with the quality of the product, but I was so frustrated by that time that I just left it as is. Unfortunately, I would not purchase again, but don't get me wrong... the lights do look amazing once they are done.

I love your products. Easy to use and the service is amazing, fast and efficient. I emailed a question earlier in the year and got a prompt helpful reply. As a woman in her 50’s (new to LEGO) I help people in chat groups navigate lights (for winter village mainly) always recommending your products.
My only negative (if you call it negative) was around the black Saturday sales. I put in two orders over that time, got a free gift with one (presale invite). But put another in on the Friday noted there was no gift (love my reindeer from last year) but hey it’s free so your choice as a company not to do it. But looked on your site a day or so later to see free remote with purchase. Annoyed, as I would have waited. So it’s minor (and I feel petty mentioning it as it was a free gift) but it did annoy me. It won’t stop me using your products or recommending them. But maybe consistency around gifts would be nice. Also just a suggestion more tutorials on how to connect each item together so you power from source so people like me can see how it works. Thank you.
