Light Renewables レビュー

Had the renewables team in today to complete an 18 Panel solar install combined with a Tesla Powerwall 3.

From initial contact we were highly impressed with both the initial system design and quick response to any initial enquiries.
We had an onsite inspection which confirmed both the accuracy of the system design and also took detailed notes of the site ready for a proposed installation date. After this survey, we had a recommended adjustment to the design which allowed for a larger solar array and also made clear a plan for the solar layout.

Installation was completed today (28/08) and we were well informed of teams arrival and the plan throughout the duration of the installation. Ashton and Will were exceptional with the roof install, explaining the process and making sure we were informed of installation decision as they went along. When they finished, they left the site tidy and completed a phone call confirmation with office to confirm we were happy with everything.
The electrical installation was completed by Michael and Cameron is of an exceptional standard, with cables ran straight and secured adequately. They left everything tidy and explained everything including settings within the Tesla app.
Overall I would highly recommend the Light Renewables team for anyone looking at a solar system installation. Price was competitive, with top quality components used and installers who actually seemed to care about the end product, even with a fair drive from their homes on a rainy Friday. Customer service from start to finish has been great to, with a real human level of care throughout.

Very professional & always available to solve any problems.
I would and have recommended to my friends who have also purchased from them.
We have all had a good experience.!

You only know how good a company is when something beyond their control goes wrong and they IMMEDIATELY do everything possible to resolve it and LIGHT RENEWABLES did this .!
10/10 I would DEFINITELY Recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Light Renewables from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely took the time to explain the different options without any pressure. The installation was completed to a very high standard, on time, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and the system has been performing exactly as promised. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers on its commitments. I would highly recommend Light Renewables to anyone considering solar and battery storage. Thank you to the whole team for an excellent job!

Very satisfied with the whole process. Darryl and Chloe were very helpful. Including installation team was very friendly and they described everything about the solar panels. Very competitive in the market. Thank you

The team at Light Renewables were brilliant. The communication was quick and to the point. They talked through my questions and queries. They took into account the visual aspect of the panels and the battery storage and made everything look just right.
Thank you.

I first spoke to Mike from Light Renewables via a Facebook group which focuses on helping people with solar/ battery question. Mike was fantastic, he helped explain different options and provided a desk based quote and summary. Mike was brilliant, he was never pushy and never pushed a hard sell. I was really pleased with what was being offered and for the price. Light Renewables were able to offer more panels and a larger battery for less than some of the larger companies.
Once the survey was completed there was a few small hiccups but these were sorted quickly. The install ended up being done over two days rather then one but no major issues. Workmanship, cabling was all top notch, very neat and tidy. The team worked really hard to get stuff done.

Overall I'm very pleased, the one thing I would say is at times the office can be a bit slow to get back to you. I was directed to a technical WhatsApp group that is monitored by an AI bot, it doesn't really work for anything technical. If it was for Mike chasing the team for me a good experiences could very quickly have become negative.
My one concern is long term support, we'll see how that goes but fir now I can't fault them or the service provided ao far.

Kept up to date regularly on progress of my installation.
Close to days of action the emails and text confirmed arrival times and staff arrive fairly promptly.
The install was in two parts, first day team arrived to fit 11 panels onto my roof. The two lads worked none stop, offered the complimentary tea/coffe but they declined and carried on. Once completed they tidied away all packaging and any odds and ends and confirm completion.
The electrical work was scheduled 3 days later and again electrician arrived on time and started immediately. His work rate was excellent and his work was very tidy and as with the solar panel team he declined tea/coffee but at least he had a cold drink a little later.
Another driver arrived with the battery equipment which they fitted into my garage, this looks a really good piece of kit.
Electrician then completed all the cabling, fuse box connection and commissioning.
He also tidied up afterwards, I did ask if he could do the rest of the house!
Once done he gave me the app details and assisted set up and gave me an over view of the system.
Overall faultless installation and highly recommended

Very good service and installation

Good price. Good communications throughout and excellent workmanship for installation.

Really happy with the installation team. Solar panel installers were very professional also Tesla battery and back up installers were very good. I would recommend to anyone

Great to work with, all aspects were communicated well and easy steps to follow. Install team did a great job and it was all installed and working in a day.

Had my solar and battery installed by Michael and Cameron, they work very well together and a 5 star install, from the site visit to finish, the company were 100%, I will be recommending them to people

Ive had my pv panels, inverter and battery for nearly 5 years. I've only had one problem problem before today, which Light renewables also sorted quickly.
Today Brett arrived bang on time, he was super polite, listened to me and clearly knew what he was doing because he sorted my two issues out pretty quickly! I hope I have no further issues, but if I do, I'd be happy for Brett to attend again.

The installation was excellent and the Tesla product appears to be good in these early days. However, i feel that once fitted and paid the user is left to sort out the arrangements for export which is complicated when you are being asked questions about things you have never done before. To be honest it was disappointing and stressful.

From start to finish , very easy to deal with. Very reliable and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone looking for solar

Great work and reliable installation of both electrical/solar panel installation.

Excellent service from the quote to the final installation. Would recommend 100%.

Really helpful, professional and friendly service from the first quote to the finished installation. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole service was seamless and the actual installation finished in half a day. It was also the cheapest quote for the like for like system by a country mile, so not only was the service excellent, it was really good value

Had solar panels and Tesla powerwall installed today by Michael, Cameron, Josh and Jack from Light Renewables. Great service from my first contact with the company through to today with the brilliant installation team. I thoroughly recommend them.
