Nous avons trouvé le lustre que nous voulions, la communication du site a été bonne et nous a rassuré, tout s'est passé comme prévu, le colis est arrivé en bon état.

It is now two months I have ordered my lamp and has not arrived yet.

I had to call a couple of times to be told at the end that the transporteur had broken the lamp. I was proposed a replacement, which now I consider, too much to my regret.

I demanded a full refund. LIghtshopping proposed a second order which would be delivered in something like two weeks. I accepted in good faith, too much to my regret, again.

Three weeks have passed and I have no information at all about where lightshopping.com stands with my order. I just called them. None picks up the phone.

It very much seems like a scam!!!!

You have flagged my customer feedback as containing defamatory content. I do not see what is defamatory in what I have written. I have paid for my lamp and you have not delivered. I had no information where my second order stood.

You claim, after my initial feedback, that the delivery was scheduled today .

Can you please send a me proof of your notification to me that the lamp was shipped and that it would reach me today (6/11/25)?

Not only are you not servicing your client but you are also attacking them. Your approach shows how it is to deal with you.

Inizialmente avevo ordinato una lampada Artemide, che però era difettosa. Il servizio clienti è stato estremamente reattivo e cordiale, e ha risposto alle mie richieste con la massima professionalità. Hanno spedito una nuova lampada molto velocemente, occupandosi anche della spedizione di quella difettosa. Nel complesso, ho apprezzato molto il loro aiuto e la loro tempestività nelle risposte!
