Total scam, make you leave positive reviews in exchange for a refund of scammed costs.

This company scammed me. I apparently signed up for a subscription with them, I had never been on the website before or even heard of it. Worryingly it seems it was via another reliable website where I attempted payment (but did not complete this), my bank sent me texts about making this payment which I never saw or replied to, yet the money left my account anyway. I have seen several others on trustpilot all told to make a review of 4/5 stars before they would refund money that was taken without knowledge for services never requested or received. I have now changed my review to reflect my actual experience, as I contacted Trustpilot about the experience and they did not bother at all which has made me lose respect for Trustpilots reliability. Be warned!

Non mi e piaciuto il fatto che avete mandato un messaggio per il pagamento della spedizione di un pacco(ed io aspettavo un pacco),invece era il pagamento per l'iscrizione al vostro sito...me ne sono accorta dopo e ho chiesto l'annullamento del iscrizione...Claire mi ha contattata e il mio problema Ú in fase di risoluzione
