Bad Experience!!!!

I’m very disappointed with my purchase experience on Liki24. I ordered “Integratore alimentare Amedial Plus 20g” and, upon delivery, was required to pay £8.00 to UPS for customs clearance. At checkout and on the product page the shipment was shown as originating from Italy (not Romania), which is misleading and led me to believe there would be no additional import charges.
When I contacted UPS, they confirmed the extra charge occurred because the sender did not pay VAT or use Postponed VAT Accounting, so the carrier billed the recipient. I also found multiple similar complaints from other customers online, which suggests this is not an isolated issue.

I expect clearer, more transparent communication at checkout about potential customs duties and clearance fees, or for those costs to be included in the shipping price. The lack of transparency caused unnecessary stress and an unexpected expense. I hope Liki24 addresses this promptly to prevent other customers from facing the same problem.

I ordered tablets for my cats on the 29/06 which should arrived by the 10 july i requested a refund and have been told it will be reunded in a few hours not refund or any furher communication this unacceptable would not reccommend to order from here will be going to report to trading standard and credit card company as it looks like that you are trying to scam me terrible customerservice

Paid and received an order from Romania with no issues, so placed another order #1053905587.
Apparently UPS tried to deliver but couldn't as i was not at home. Im retired and here all day.
Ive now been told by UPS i have to pay £14.99 for redelivery - this is more than the actual order.
Im not expecting this order to be delivered and have emailed customer service for a full refund, unless this issue is resolved, i will not be ordering from them again

Your parcel is currently out for delivery today, July 13th. You can securely pay these import fees directly on the official UPS tracking page to ensure the courier can hand over your package smoothly.

Paid for an order I never received. 6 weeks later no refund offered, only additional month-long wait

I placed order №1053896952 on 12 May 2026 and, more than six weeks later, I have still received nothing.

The UPS tracking shows the parcel was never delivered. I was at home throughout this period and received numerous other packages without any issue, so the claim that a delivery was attempted and "failed" does not match my experience. No one contacted me, left a card, or sent me any notification. I only found out there was a problem because I chased them a full month after ordering.

When they directed me to a collection point, I went there in person and searched.
The parcel was not there.

I have now been told the parcel is being returned to Romania, that a resend could take roughly another month, and that they are "unable to cancel the order or issue a refund."
They are not a UK company at all.
Now the only option offered is to pay, receive nothing, and wait potentially two months or more with no money back.

I paid for both goods and a delivery service and received neither. A customer should not be left out of pocket for a delivery failure that was not their fault. I would caution others to be careful ordering from this company until they have a fair process for non-deliveries and refunds.

Paid for UPS, Still Delayed Delivery

I ordered from Liki24.co.uk on 29 May and was told the latest delivery would be 16 June. I also paid extra for UPS shipping.

The order only arrived around 24–25 June, which is significantly later than promised. Tracking updates were unclear and not properly maintained, and customer service did not provide transparent shipping progress when I asked.

Overall, the delivery timeframe was not honoured and the communication was poor. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to order again.

Update base on your reply: The company’s public reply is different from my actual experience. Customer service only offered a £5 promo code, not a refund of the UPS shipping fee I paid. I also had to pay import charges to UPS separately. Ordering from a .co.uk website that charges in GBP, I did not expect this extra hassle. After waiting from 29 May to around 24 June despite paying extra for UPS, I won’t be ordering again.

They charge double the amount for shipping as what is said in the shop. And, at the end of the order process, another huge shipment fee is added for "picking up the order" at the sellers. So.. empty promises and hidden fees. I'd say hands off.

If I could give 0 reviews, I would. I ordered something I really needed for my health but the business is more important that peoples health. They don’t realise is a health company not a clothes company. However 3 weeks later and all they offer is a “5 pund” discount and “hoping to send next week”. Sorry I am never buying here again and hoping no one buys here. This company needs to close down. I expected them to speed up my delivery. At least I want the money back even if I receive the supplements 2 months later

Customer service said they will not do anything to rectify.

I have been scammed..

I have been scammed... I ordered four items and paid for four items, but only received one. After receiving an email from the seller regarding product availability, we agreed to despatch one item and refund the remaining items. In the end, no refund was received. Do not trust them and do not buy from them. Total scammers.
