DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not in the UK, they overcharged me and promised to refund it which they have not done. I have applied to PayPal for a refund but this hasn't happened.

NOT a uk company took 3 weeks to arrive and the sizes much bigger than normal & refused to give refund

Like everyone else if I could put zero stars I would. Purchase price was £25.99 with free delivery but charged extra £5.20 which they claimed was my a tax my Country make, refused this explanation as our tax is VAT and they should be transparent with all costs.. They agreed to refund the overcharge but didnt. They also falsely advertise being in London. When I asked where being shipped from they said China but tracking shows USA. They should also be transparent of where being shipped from. Ordered 11th May and still not arrived. I Put in dispute with PayPal a couple of days ago as the company told me they were refunding the £5.20 overcharge on 14th May but haven't and trainer's have still not arrived. Company told PayPal they were delivered 25th May and gave them tracking number, my updated tracking showed they were still on route so sent this over to PayPal by screen shot of all the tracking updates and they agreed a refund as tracking didn't match. Don't let this company rip you off. Send some screen shots of all these review chats to PayPal and tell them you are not the only ones disputing and get your money back. It's false advertising and PayPal should strike them off. Hope you get some success like I did. Don't let PayPal ignore the fact that they must have already had many disputes. They should be able to track all the disputes they have had from them. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered leather wedge trainers, 2 pairs. £50. Received cheap, poorly made, synthetic trainers that do not fit. Will attempt refund but not hopeful. Avoid this company.

Totally horrible trainers and not true to size. Trying for a refund although they say I'm not entitled. Wish I'd seen this before. DON'T BUY FROM TGEM

Still waiting for wedged trainers, no confirmation from this company of receipt of order, the advert stated £26.99 or £27.99 free delivery, I paid via PayPal and when the payment came though I was charged £31.19? Queried with company they said it wasn’t them. Don’t bother with a dispute via PayPal, I opened a claim stating that the price was wrong, sent screenshot showing the total price and a screenshot of the company denying that they charged more and was declined! I resubmitted a claim, stating that the company hadn’t confirmed my order and I’d not received the items and they still refused a refund!! I got an email last week from Lilacky saying my order has been shipped. So given other reviews regarding goods from this company, I’m not expecting quality!!

Like everyone else ordered over 3 weeks ago. Just arrived, expected leather trainers but no sign of any leather. Not even sized. Very shoddy workmanship and look very cheap. Will attempt a refund.

Wedge trainers sent were wrong size. Emailed and they are saying they are correct. Took weeks to come, NOT IN UK, quality is also shocking. Now ignoring emails about refunding. I am opening case with PayPal now. Also charged £5 + taxes which wasn't shown, this is due to them being outside UK. AVOID

Ordered leather wedge trainers on the 11th May, they finally arrived 28 days later, although they kept me up to date with shipping info from the states to here, I was a) disappointed it was not a UK company that I was buying from b) the product is not leather c) the trainer's were crushed as only packaged in a bag, d) the trainer's reek of chemicals and finally e) they're poorly made with uneven tabs at the back, to being sloppy with the glue. I've paid £20 odd quid for a pile of plastic. Gutted

I too placed an order early may free shipping but they charged for it I raised a dispute and fair enough they refunded the shipping costs now I am banned from raising a further query as to where my order is there reply before banned as to where it was is below

We’ll contact with them, and will offer your tracking number once they gave us the solution. It won’t be too long to wait, thank you for your understanding.

Ordered a pair of leather wedge trainers weeks ago. They have arrived and what a pile of rubbish. I doubt very much there is any leather at all. All you can smell is glue. They are poorly made and look so cheap. I am waiting a response from the Lilacky Support team, somehow I feel it may be a long wait.....

Ordered trainers at beginning of May have tried to track them but website says not found. Another dodgy Facebook advertisement. Also it stated that item was 25.99 and no postage, but they charged 5.50 tax, with no explanation. Good job I paid with PayPal. These sites should not be allowed to advertise.. when will I ever learn☹️
