Beautiful order once again, quick delivery

I ordered a tester set for my daughter, delivery was fast and within the delivery time, lovely personalisation and outfit. Curtesy message to ensure the item had arrived excellent item and customer service would definitely recommend and buy from in the future.

Love this shop we’ve had a few orders now. Always such lovely material and beautifully personalised. My little girl loves picking what she will wear from them! Would definitely recommend to others, such reasonable pricing too

Placed a few orders. Initially they came. But another 4 orders i placed giving them the benefit of the doubt. Not received them. Told they would refund me. So spoke to them
Again it’s been processed yesterday will be in your account today. Now almost 11pm and nothing. I was told please review the one u received over night I’m being trolled by false claims and accusations. There not scam artists there a reputable company. Well clearly not. Lesson learnt been burnt for trusting luckily been able to report as a scam on my bank and money has been put back into my account. They still have the funds though my bank reimbursed me. Not these guys!!! Personally avoid. Stuff I did receive second time quality was shocking avoid!!!

Personally I would NOT recommend this business. Multiple large orders placed between between 4th-10th May 2026, 2 months later we had not received a single item. Despite there being a 21 day turn around time. Everytime I have messaged for an update I was met with multiple different excuses and never once an apology. My partner has had the same responses and has mostly been completely ignored! Whilst they have now given me a refund, they have definitely lied and just made false excuses. Avoid 🙂

I placed an order with this children’s wear shop on 26 April, and payment was taken immediately. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.

After hearing nothing for over a month, I contacted the shop on 5 June to ask where my order was. I was told it had already been dispatched and was offered either a replacement or a refund. I requested tracking information but was informed they don’t provide individual tracking for Facebook orders. As I had already waited almost two months, I opted for a refund instead of a replacement.

I sent my bank details on 5 June and was told the refund would be with me within three days. When nothing arrived, I contacted them again on 10 June. I was told the refund had been sent but might require extra security checks, and later that day I was informed they were on the phone to their bank trying to resolve the issue.

From there, communication became increasingly poor. I messaged again on 13 June and 14 June, explaining that I had still not received either my order or my refund. These messages went unanswered. After chasing again, I was eventually told on 16 June that the payment had been flagged for a routine review and was asked to provide an alternative payment method, which I did immediately.

On 17 June, I was told they were still waiting to hear back from their bank. I contacted them again on 22 June for an update and was simply asked to confirm the name on my account, which I provided straight away. Again, no refund was received.

By 10 July, I was still without either my order or my refund. When I contacted them yet again, I was told, “You’ve only just made us aware, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.” This was particularly disappointing because I had been chasing this refund for over a month. Even if they were referring to the last confirmation on 22 June, the refund should have reached me by 29 June at the latest.

It has now been over two months since I placed my order, and I have received neither the items I paid for nor the refund I was repeatedly promised. I have had to continually chase for updates, have received inconsistent explanations, and experienced long periods with no response at all.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Taking payment immediately but failing to deliver the order or process a refund within a reasonable timeframe, while requiring the customer to repeatedly chase for updates, is simply unacceptable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had my son's money for 3 and a half months now. Told me they'd sent my order - I received 2 out of the 6 outfits I ordered. They told me it was a courier issue and they will resend still waiting for confirmation. In the end I've asked for a refund as keeping a child's money for 90 + days and not actually fulfilling the order is quite frankly shocking and disgusting!!!

DO NOT ORDER as I'm sure you'll just get the same excuses.

Very upset little boy who's missing his well earned pocket money!!!

Order 2 x loungewear sets back in March. One turned up and I was very happy with it and one didn’t. Let them know straight away and they said they would send a replacement. Replacement never arrived and chased a few more times and then got told they could replace it with a shorts and tshirt set. agreed with this and again it didn’t arrive. Have now been chasing a refund since beginning of June and keep getting replies saying it’s been sent and still nothing!! Very poor customer service

Update: Refund has now been received by lilys boutique on 11/7 after this review was placed and claim was started with bank. Claim has now been cancelled with the bank.

Ordered a number of items via Lillyboutique for my son and have been very happy with the quality of clothing. Awaiting a further delivery 😊

Fast delivery and customer service brilliant

SCAM Placed order in March, repeatedly told with courier. No items received, no refund received. Constantly chasing and being ignored. So unfair to scam and cheat people! Absolutely disgraceful.

First time ordering items came within 3 days was over the moon fantastic item! So ordered again on 26th may and 2nd June ready for our holidays it says 21 days turnaround it’s now been over 5 weeks and the 2nd and 3rd order still not recieved we go on holiday next week and it’s looking like they’re not even going to arrive before we go! £48 wasted! And snotty replies when asked if they can check if they’ve even been despatched yet

Ordered a few sets , the lady was really helpful and explained the turnaround time straight away. Turnaround was a little longer but kept in contact. Been sent out one of the sets which I’m very happy with and just waiting on the next lot I’ve ordered :) Thankyou very much

Ordered from the pre order section and I didn't realise how long the wait was which was my fault and messaged and was super helpful and got offered a refund or store credit I bought some more stuff and came quickly super good quality had one missing item I messaged and was given store credit for what was missing we all make mistakes but cannot fault always amazing service and is lovely ♥️

Delivery took a while but that was not the company's fault, it was royal mails!
