I ordered begining of may and still nothing ! When asked was told couriers etc then after more time and chasing they offered refund. Still not refund , multiple conversations and each time fobbed off with one reason or another . Was told refund was done which it hasn't, spoke to bank and they confirmed this. I'm now going down the fraud route as this is happening to alot of people by look of it. When I told them that I have spoken to many that have not received items or refund they said they were people lying etc . Please feel free to contact me if you om similar boat as this is unacceptable

Placed an order which arrived within 2 weeks however when placing my second order on the 3/4 unfortunately it never arrived and when questioning this they kept advising it was with the courier and will chase it up, I had to message daily for updates and still got the same responses or no response, I then asked to be refunded instead which they ignored, I had to threaten to do a charge back with my bank which they then replied and advised they would refund me on the 4/5 I had to continue to chase the refund for the next week until eventually it was refunded on the 13/5. Do not order from this company!

I ordered the safari and strawberry shorts and top sets and theyre perfect!! Im in love with them and quality is amazing too! Can not recommend enough, was kept updated the whole time. cant wait to receive my Christmas order and will definitely be ordering so much more. Thank you 🫶

Placed 2 seperate orders, on pre order. Delivery supposed to be end of May, still no sign in July.
I waited and was happy to accept alternatives, still nothing.
Promised refund twice. Eventually had to claim through my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a set from this website / company and had great communication from the start. Was advised cause of the warm weather they were maybe being abit slower. But my item was recieved quickly and am very happy with it :)

Placed an order in April. Was promised delivery in may, then June then July. I asked for a refund. 2 weeks passed still nothing. I have contacted my bank and sent a message to Lilly’s. Their response was not professional.

Absolutely terrible company, avoid at all costs, will happily take your money and tell you 21 days for delivery, after 21 days they will find any pathetic excuse as to why its not arrived blaming the heat etc, then when ask for a refund they say yes no problem then nothing no reply for days and still no refund, scamming company avoid at all costs do not bank transfer these thieves!

I ordered a tester set for my daughter, delivery was fast and within the delivery time, lovely personalisation and outfit. Curtesy message to ensure the item had arrived excellent item and customer service would definitely recommend and buy from in the future.

Placed a few orders. Initially they came. But another 4 orders i placed giving them the benefit of the doubt. Not received them. Told they would refund me. So spoke to them
Again it’s been processed yesterday will be in your account today. Now almost 11pm and nothing. I was told please review the one u received over night I’m being trolled by false claims and accusations. There not scam artists there a reputable company. Well clearly not. Lesson learnt been burnt for trusting luckily been able to report as a scam on my bank and money has been put back into my account. They still have the funds though my bank reimbursed me. Not these guys!!! Personally avoid. Stuff I did receive second time quality was shocking avoid!!!
