My first time ordering from here and I can say I will definitely be ordering a lot more!!
I ordered 2 boys mystery sets on bank holiday weekend last week and they arrived within a couple of days. They kept me updated with Royal Mail tracking as to where and when my parcel would arrive.
The two sets I got was one Nike blue set and one light blue monterain set, the material is brilliant and the sets are his perfect my kids love them 😊.
Not one issue in communication great people to buy off.
Absolutly I will be ordering again great prices and fantastic quality what more could you possibly want.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lily’s Boutique Children’s Wear! We ordered a blue Nike short set and a personalised Bluey Nike outfit, and we couldn’t be happier with them. The quality is fantastic, everything arrived beautifully made, and the personalised outfit was even better than we imagined.
The service from start to finish was outstanding — so friendly, helpful, and quick with updates. You can really tell they care about their customers and put so much love into what they do. We’ve had so many compliments already!

the ones i haven’t received due to lost postage i am in the middle of a refund for but have been kept in the loop with it all customer service is great just a very busy company

I have ordered many times on separate occasions, the sets are brilliant value for money and my boys are super happy with them! Communication is fab.I placed a order and actually forgot and just had a message to say it's been dispatched!

Ordered goods 2nd April, clothes were never delivered, messaged asking for a refund, they said it had been processed, I’ve said it’s not gone into my bank and now they are ignoring my messages, complete rip off

Ordered multiple times from here and the items are well worth the price. Shipping times can vary depending on if items are customised/instock or pre ordered. They make shipping times very easy to see and understand. Had 2 parcels delivered perfectly but the 3rd never arrived. I messaged asking for updates multiple times and they were always quick at replying with the information i needed if had been shipped etc. I advised my third parcel had never arrived and i had waited over their shipping policy and they were quick to reply with a resolution. Items re-sent and they advised thwy had multiple issues with their current courier with missing parcels but have now confirmed a new company for their buisness. This is a small independent company who has grown rappidly which they obviously never expected so they have a huge influx of orders, especially with the deals and offers they have on. I would and have reccommended this company to friends and family, but i would make sure you order well in advance if needed for a specific date/occasion. They can stick to their shipping timelimes but you cannot always rely on what happens after that. Customer service is 10/10 and even when being classed as closee, will still respond to messages when they can.

Ordered my son 2 sets of shorts and t-shirts on 17th March, still haven’t recieved them. It is now 22nd May, asked for a refund or explanation to where they are to be told the postal service must have lost them…still waiting on a refund after questioning about my refund 10 days ago which as expected got no reply. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

They take on far too many orders they cannot for fill. 1-3 weeks turns into 6!
They delete your messages on Facebook so it doesn’t give them a bad time.
Do not buy from there there are many other reputable places to purchase from.

Horrendous customer service. Made an order in March. Still waiting for items and have not been provided any tracking number. Wait days for messages to be answered and told I can get a refund but they want it back if my parcel shows up. Would avoid. Wish I listened to the rest of the reviews on this page.

Ordered more items that came well within the time frame unfortunately royal mail have lost another one that has unfortunately had to be refunded but that is not down to the company as I can clearly see the tracking. And was sorted with a replacement and kept updated every step of the way.
5* customer service and would go here before anywhere else now .

Awful customer service, they cancelled my order and I’m still fighting for my refund almost 4 months later.
They fob you off with “it’s with accounts or it will be sent today etc then just stop replying to you all together. Would never shop here again!

Did not receive order after waiting almost 6 weeks
Advised needed this for a certain date for a birthday was told would have it by then when I did not receive by this date was told would don’t refund until order that had not arrived had been returned

I ordered a football strip that my grandson had wanted and I hadn’t been able to find it until I came across lillysboutiqueclothing on Facebook. The order went fine, the price was a lot cheaper than I would have paid in a sports shop and it arrived within 2 days. The quality of the set was lovely, perfect size and felt as good has his other strips. Customer service was spot on and I have ordered again and will keep ordering the things I like. Mainly for my grand children.

Ordered through the website and via facebook direct with this company. Anything ordered has been great quality lasting well. Anytime I’ve had an issue its been sorted promptly with great customer service.

Ordered a mystery bundle! Very satisfied with this my little girl LOVED her Ariel jumper, will definitely be ordering again for summer/school things too :) thanks again x

I had Christmas pjs and they were so lush! My kids loved them! got them within 7 days! The pjs was amazing condition and really good material! X
