creo que son un timo. su correo devuelve las notificaciones que les mandas. no he vuelto a saber nada de ellos y no se como ponerme en contacto.
quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero.
el pedido lo hice el 23/03/26 y no he tenido ni una sola comunicación de ellos.

Wrong item delivered and no response from the seller. It is a scam company in China. Do not use!! No refunds offered or communication.

I only gave them one star because it was the only way I could write a review. This company is awful -- terrible, terrible customer service. I think everything about them is just made up. I ordered
2 pairs of sneakers in February and I still have not received them. And yes, their email does not work. You can go on their website and use the "Contact Us" to get in touch with them, but that won't change thing much. They even gave me an invalid USPS tracking number.

Its a company that stole the entire website from other sites. They take money, they don't give it back as they say on the site. And they just changed the company name because this one has too many negative reviews.

2 months after I placed my order, I received a garment that is not the one on the photo.
I want to return it - but my emails to lilyhil.com are undeliverable and they don't answer the phone number. When I try to fill in the form on their homepage I constantly is informed that MY phone number is wrong EVEN IF IT COMES UP AUTOMATICALLY with my order number!!

I should have read the comments before I put my order !!
I will never see my money again, I cannot use the "cardigan" I have received, I guess that some poor workers in Hong Kong or China have done a lot of work for a terribly low wage and at last but not least I have contributed to the pollution of our planet.

This company is a scam I ordered a coat from them and they sent me the wrong one I responded to them three times through text messages and they have not responded back to me they are still in people's money from them that work hard everyday to have nice things I'm ashamed of this company it's a disgrace someone needs to do something about this thank you Miss Alice Lawson I would like a refund back of my money of $89 back on my credit card please thank you

I received an email from Lilyhil stating that the dress that I ordered is out-of-stock, advised me that I should choose another item of equal value or receive a discount code for another item. These are my complete options given. When I stated that I only want a full refund, they repeated their options and said that it is "policy". When I asked where in the policy, the same verbiage was repeated via email. This went on for approximately 10 exchanges beginning yesterday, 3/25/26 to today, 3/26/2026. Do not purchase from Lilyhil. They are nothing, but scammers. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I just received my order today, March 24th that was placed on February 15th. I've been looking for a certain style of boot for awhile now. The boots they sent are not anything like the picture on their website. Also, I only received the boots, but not the shirt I ordered. I can't get ahold of customer service. I've been trying to email for weeks to check on my shipment but email keeps coming back to me. Tonight, I tried calling and the number did not go through. For those of you that got a response, how did you get ahold of someone? I'm not hopeful that they will make it right but I at least need to know if tried.

Shameful and dispensable in their attempt to sell quality products. Lily Hil’s attempt to even suggest they are a quality product company. Far from it. Do not, and I mean DO NOT purchase from them. Their products in no way resemble the photo of the item you will receive besides weeks of no shipping information. It’s okay. I use PayPal and they are on to this company for soliciting fictitious clothing. Sad. I wish I could publish photos to you that are so disappointing.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a jacket that I never received but was billed for immediately. I emailed querying where my purchase was I did not receive a reply. Dreadful

jag mailet Lillyhil dagen efter att jag ångrat mig, men efter några dager har mailat att ni får återbetala mig , men svart var att de ha skickat och du får returnera när den kommer , men de har skickat fel och mycket billigare vara och säger att om du vill lämna då är på kund bekostnad att posta till de kostar över 350kr men jag litar inte på att de kommer återbetala mig

I ordered a sweater for $39.95. My order came and it was a thin t shirt fabric with the same design. After much back and forth they have offered me a 20% refund. I will never again order from them. They are located in Homg Kong.

Big mistake if you attempt to buy from this company. I ordered a jacket and then heard nothing although my credit card was billed immediately. After emailing twice asking where my jacket was they finally said that my item was not available and I had to pick something else. I said I want my money back as I want nothing else. They refuse.

this is a scam, i ordered some boots in january from this website and they told me that it had been devlived and it has NOT been devilered. DO NOT BUY.

Tienen un sistema de envío de correos electrónicos generados con IA en la que parece que efectivamente vas a recibir las compras, pero son falsos.
Espero que no pique nadie más.
