Absolutely disgusting jacket was far to small poor quality no return label only address china ! Scam

O experience products, cheap, nothing like marketing images, con company in China, do not order!!

I bought some orthopaedic leather clog type shoe very disappointed quality very cheap nothing like the picture look like a cheap complimentary slipper you get in a hotel very light weight and plastic looking sole

I feel so utterly stupid!!!!!I buy a lot on the internet but for some reason didn’t research these people-my order of 3 jumpers £80 + arrived and of course they wouldn’t fit a child,and I am size 8.I had to pay £25 + to return to China and guess what?They've been returned to me because apparently the documentation isn’t correct.Really?????Please don’t waste your hard earned money-they’re thieving rogues.

I purchased a pair of clogs .Waited ages- didn't know they ship from china. The quality is absolute rubbish not even worth £2 - unwearable they are so badly shaped and made of cheap plastic. I wanted to return them but they tried to offer a discount on their other items instead... more scam and finally say the alternative is I must pay return shipping to China.
Unbelievable they can trade like this. 1 star is too much

I wish i'd read the reviews £72.00 out of pocket for 2 poor quality jumpers not wool! so upset, offered as everyone else, don't waste more money sending back to much of a risk claw back the 30% offered although that may never come! and report them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scammers avoid them.They are adding items without your consent. Poor quality and poor customer service. AVOID , AVOID , AVOID.

Agree with everything written in the other reviews and wish I'd seen before I too was duped.
UK Trading Standards should shut them down. They are flouting all the laws on internet trading.
No idea why Pinterest continue to keep them on their feeds. Has severely dented my trust in #Pinterest!
Point blank don't buy from them. The product is not what is advertised and they flout the law and consumers lose their money!

Terrible Company. SCAM SCAM. Stay away from this company. My order took long to arrive and the size two size small. Absolutely rubbish.

Awful quality, looked great in the photo and terrible in real life. Was told I’d need to return to China Track and Trace so would cost me £35, so took the offer of 30% off the order, reluctantly.

A scam site AVOID. The products don't look anything like the photos or descriptions and then they enforce HUGE returns fees back to China for their faulty goods which is actually against the Consumer Rights Act and illegal.

Horrible customer service, awful products that don’t match the descriptions. Advertised a jumper as wool, it was not. Colours didn’t remotely match the photos. When trying to return, they claim they are free but make it next to impossible to contact them to get any information. When they finally responded, it took them so long that it was outside of the return window. Waste of money. They should be shut down.

Lily Rose London is a completely a rip off company, the company is based in China. Their clothes are very poor quality and the description on their website doesn’t match the quality of their clothes. Returning items very expensive. Please don’t buy their clothes they are a ripoff.

I ordered a jumper from Pinterest it took ages to come and when it did, not only was the quality poor the size label was stitched on the outside of the jumper. Despite the fact that it says free returns, when I emailed to get a refund I received a response from AI who does not answer my question and keeps offering me options that I don’t want and informing me that I have to pay to return the goods.
The jumper is unwearable and there isn’t anyone to speak to about the issue.
Stay away from this company it is a scam.

I wish I had found these reviews before wasting my time and money

Ordered a dress - they sent me the wrong one
I had to pay £17 to return it to China ( they say they are London based )
A month later I am now £84 out of pocket as they refuse to refund me as I didn’t send them a tracking number even though I sent the a photo of the proof of postage receipt

I really wish there was a way if trading standards going after them
I am leaving warning comments on their insta now for future customers

All this company had to do was copy the design they were advertising… simple enough …. Who isn’t up for a knock off? HOWEVER, Lliyrose London sent me a poor imitation of a very nice sweater not the same colours nor material or design. I found them on Pinterest and shall be writing to Pinterest to inform them of this dubious company. It also arrived much later than promised and I find their 5 star reviews suspect.

SCAM STAY AWAY! Lily-Rose (London) is in CHINA! The photos are not what you receive (if you receive anything at all). I paid £49 for a striped jumper and what I received was not the photo and I value it at £5. Returns are to CHINA at your cost and no refund. Messages are vacuous. Totally RIPPED OFF.

Item looks nothing like the photo.
Poor quality and snagged.
Would not give refund, lots of offers of discount to be spent on other items from their warehouse.
Advised to return to China.
The fact that it was not as advertised and clearly damaged, surley that warrant a full refund. But no, they are not interested.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
