Please do not order anything from this company.
I placed an order and payment was quickly taken from my account. I was alarmed not to receive an order number or confirmation of payment. I emailed about this twice when the items still hadnt arrived after four weeks. The replies I got were generic rubbish about 'striving for exceptional service'.
When the items eventually arrived, I was horrified at what I'd paid for. The two items were nothing like the advertised items in colour, form or sizing. One - a knitted jumper hoodie - is a digitally printed polyester top.
I immediately looked up how to return and get a refund and it seems that I will need to pay postage to China, and only if the company decide I am allowed to return it to the supplier.
I have spent £90 on rubbish - and it was supposed to be a real treat for me, and money I could barely spare.
All I can do now is warn other people, and stop any more money falling into the hands of these fraudsters.

A rip off Chinese outfit using the name Lily & Rose London as a deceit. My items arrived after 2 weeks; shockingly awful quality. I fear a return will be futile given the reviews here. I had no idea at the time of ordering that I would need to pay to send items back to China. I feel totally scammed! Have raised a dispute with Amex - will never buy anything I see on Pinterest again.

Did a bit more research than normal to make sure I wasn’t going to end up with something from China which looked nothing like the picture! Checked companies house and was a proper registered company in uk read the money back guarantee and 24 hours shipping on the website thought it would be okay how wrong I was. … All item advertised as linen or pure cotton, when everything eventually arrived(Yes, it was on the slow boat from China!) It was all polyester raggedy seams, poorly made. Was told I had to send it back to China! Never dreamt this would happen from a uk company! cost me £35 to send and I am still waiting my £185 refund over two months later!….i think some of the good reviews here are getting confused with a company called Lilly and Rose which is a boutique based in Norfolk and not this company!

do NOT buy from this shop. The items are not as described. I bought a jumper “Crafted from Premium Wool” is in-fact 100% acrylic.

They will NOT give me a full refund without me paying for the return postage back to CHINA.

Scam - I ordered my products more than 2 weeks ago for a specific event and still have not received anything. I've been told they have been expedited but the tracking number doesn't show the product as being anywhere. The team just keep saying they are trying to get me the goods but after reading these comments I'm afraid this might have been a scam.
I have asked for a refund.
Always read reviews of new companies before ordering anything
Lesson learned

Apparently this company is based in China and nothing to do with London. I was conned. The 'jumper' I ordered was made from polyester with a photo imposed print of knitwear on it. Total rubbish. Don't buy from them.

Can’t believe I fell for this websites lies which looks like a licence for printing money!!
Extremely poor quality items with incorrect sizing… delivery took an age.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews too. This company was the subject of 'You & Yours' on Radio 4 today, which described it a a 'drop shipping' operation. I bought two shirts which had a 19 inch neck size on a large fitting, so far too big. I requested a refund, have been offered vouchers up to 60% of the original cost (they obviously think I want more poor quality clothes), or return to an address in china. One customer on the Radio 4 programme did spend £21.70 on a tracked return to china and the goods have been with Shanghai customs for weeks.

Made my order. Never received it. Constantly emailed them and sometimes did get a standard reply. Requested my money back. Nothing. No items and No refund.

Do not buy anything from this company. It's a scam. They sent out products that are cheap rip offs of the images they use on the website. They rejected a return that I had to pay £70 to send to China. "Sophie" responds with very generic requests - most likely AI generated. They need to be closed down.

I am giving this company a 1 star as there isn’t a minus 5 option. Dress is nothing like the picture advertising it and it looks like it’s been knocked together in a sweat shop. Should have researched and read the reviews as it looks like it will be a hassle to return and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam! Scam! Scam! I just received my order from China. No return slips, nothing. On the website advertised as size M, but you would struggle to put a child in it! Prices match or even exceed High St. The website stated that the shirt was cotton but feels like a cheap synthetic.

Shame on me for falling for such a dumb scam.

Appalling company and should be banned by Trading Standards. After relentless offers of discounts and second dress deals, “Sophie” actually gave me the address in China to return it to. I paid £18.10 to Track & Trace it as instructed, and guess what? It has been sitting in Customs in China for nearly a month now, so they are probably making money out of this scam as well. Do not buy from this company

Awful quality Ill fitting dress. Asked to return it. A Sophia replied saying if I kept it could have another dress at a reduced price. Said I want to return it. No reply. Returned it to Southall where it came from. No reply. Absolute scam. Still advertising on Pinterest under several other names. £39.99 stolen

Worst company I have dealt with. Bought a dress supposedly half price at £34.99. Not only was it the wrong size but inferior quality. It transpired that it came from China. Having bought many clothes from Shein which are good quality and very cheap, I would steer clear from buying from this company. I returned the dress to the address from which it was sent. Lily Rose won't refund me as I didn't go to the expense of sending it back to China. My credit card company is now pursuing on my behalf. I am surprised that on view of all the bad reviews that Pininterest still let them advertise.

A company trading from China pretending to be a UK company based in London. Our trading standards shouldn’t allow this. If you need to return item it has to be sent to China.

This company is a sham and should be avoided at all cost. Goods ordered came directly from China took several weeks and were too small. Discounts of 30-60% offered to try and avoid return.
Returns involve posting back to China at your cost and no guarentee you will see a refund.
Would give no stars if that was possible!

Terrible company, 8 emails later asking for my money back and how I can return the item. They offered me 30% back and a voucher / other vouchers to get something else. The dress was poorly made and the colours were nothing like the photograph. Then they told me it's not very environmentally friendly, but I would have to send it back to China, which in their words is very expensive. They want your money and won’t give it back if something doesn't fit. They don’t care about 100% dissatisfaction and are not as their name suggests based in LONDON. Just don’t buy from them!!

I should have double-checked their returns policy and reviews before so let this be a lesson for you. Don't bother.

We are all shameful mugs obviously, but must remember we are only innocent consumers in this. The blame must lay with the owners of Lily & Rose and Pinterest, who are just money grabbing thieves.
