Ordered my flowers Friday to be delivered to my daughter Saturday, they didn’t arrive, no way to contact them on a weekend. Spoke to them Monday requested delivery for that day. Guaranteed delivery, didn’t happen. Called again requesting a refund. No explanation offered. Really disappointing

Do not trust this business. Pictures of bunches not honest and charges not as per website. Have taken my payment want more money. Cannot contact them no answer. Has to be a scam.

"Same day delivery". Doesn't mention anything about not Saturday.

Order placed the day before my wifes birthday and I was expecting an early delivery the next day. The flowers did not arrive until 15:40 on the day of her birthday just prior to us going out to dinner. I phoned the 1300 number twice and was told that the operator was unable to contact the delivery driver for an update. This is not good service and I will not be using Lily's again.

The order was for flowers and chocolates
The chocolates were not delivered
On the notification the company simply said that the order has changed to a refund of some $22. That was on an order of about $116
A simple sorry would have been sufficient or perhaps or and perhaps the delivery of the chocolates to the intended recipient
All in a mechanical and uncaring for a gift service

Easy access to place my order, delivered promptly to recipient who said flowers were beautiful.

I ordered the bright mixed bunch online. Which looked beautiful. What was delivered was nowhere near bright and beautiful and nothing like the picture portraid. Price was ok but not for what was delivered., disappointed

First time customer, amazing same day delivery service, ordered online 10am from Victoria,flowers arrived around 1pm at Ballina address,very easy ordering system, so pleased with overall outcome. Ray.

She sent me a photo of them and they are exactly what I ordered.

Fantastic service and quick delivery.

Was messed around by another florist delivery service and had to make a last minute order. Rachael (I think that was her name) got it sorted and had it delivered within 2.5 hours.

An absolute trouble free process with beautiful flowers delivered at recipients end- couldn’t be happier!

You never know when you order flowers on line but I was more than happy with my experience. They were delivered to a funeral home and arrived on time and were beautiful. The recipient was very touched. They sent me a pic and the arrangement was even better than I had hoped for.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m really disappointed in the quality of the flowers that were delivered to my auntie in hospital today. $86 should have been enough to make a half decent bouquet.

This was the first time purchasing flowers online and I was severely disappointed. I paid $130 for a bouquet and what turned up was not what I ordered. I ordered the blue mist bouquet in the “premium as pictured” option. I don’t know what I received but I suspect I received a Woolies bouquet. There were no white roses and no blue flowers at all. There were random pink flowers in the bouquet that arrived that were not pictured. I reached out to the company with no answer, so I opened a dispute through PayPal with the photos as CLEAR evidence that I did not receive what I paid for. Furthermore, the website appears to be deleting reviews, as mine is gone.

Not to mention, following the emails and the review, I received an email saying my order (that was already delivered) had been cancelled (cancelled was spelt wrong) and there was no mention of a refund. I am not worried, I will 100% receive a refund through my PayPal dispute.

The flowers I paid over $130 for were supposed to be beautiful pastel soft colours, the flowers that were received were like supermarket flowers full of greenery and dark purple flowers with the odd pink
VERY VERY disappointed.
Wish I had of done my homework properly!!!
