Failed to deliver

The arrangement we ordered to be delivered to my parents for Christmas was stunning. Ordering was super simple and delivery directions were followed. Thanks so much, saving your details for our next order.

Recipient was thrilled with the arrangement.

I had asked for a baby boy bunch of flowers and a yellow bunch was delivered. I also asked and paid for a premium bunch of flowers. Flower that turned up did t look like a premium bunch at laa

Placing an order from UK was ridiculously easy.

I regularly order flowers, I think the default should be as seen on website. If the display has a vase then it should be in the price with an opt out. Rather than add on at the end. I believe the florist vase will best display the flower arrangement.

I ordered flowers from this company for my cousin's birthday. I'm based in the UK and deliberately chose a family run florist.
Took my money. I didn't receive notification of delivery so I checked with them and Jacqueline confirmed they had been delivered. They Didn't deliver the flowers. We have video proof no flowers were delivered. Now they do not respond to my emails.
I never thought I'd have to review check a florist. What a ruthless thing to do ...They have embarrassed me and ruined a happy moment.

Website easy to use, plenty of variety reasonably priced and same day safe quick delivery…. Girlfriend loved them

Unquestionably the WORST experience I’ve ever had ordering flowers. They completely missed the occasion, and destroyed the sentiment. After multiple failures, they continued to treat me with complete disregard. Effectively taking payment for the order, and then just turning their back. Blaming all on the florist, taking no responsibility for mismanaging all of the issues, many created by them rather than just the individual florist. Appalling customer service with zero accountability. Still not sure the flowers actually arrived.

They accepted my order and then couldn't deliver the flowers on the day. Once an invoice and receipt has been sent people don't think to look at their email on the day of delivery. Very sad that the person still hasn't received our gift 4 days later.

Absolutely delighted with the flower arrangement that l sent a friend and so is she. Beautiful flowers indeed .

Website was easy to use however I wrote a message for the card which was not delivered which left the recipient confused.

I ordered the Beautiful Pastels Bunch (premium size) and the flowers delivered were nothing like beautiful pastels - the flowers were hot pink and yellow and the arrangement was not particularly attractive. Very disappointing.

Deplorable. Changed my order to failed without explanation. Did not call to discuss alternative options.

Website showed a lovely big Blue Mist Arrangement for $85.95. When you go to order it you find the pictured one is an extra $35. Really wanted that particular one so ordered and paid for it.
Later informed its not available but can be replaced by a different one. Too late to go elsewhere so had to go with it.

Totally disappointing !! I spent $85 on this arrangement and I am not happy at all !

Ordered on afternoon of 20/11/25 for my niece's graduation on 21/11/25. Had not received any confirmation of delivery by 3pm on 21/11/25. I called and was advised that delivery time can be up until 7pm. As of 5.27pm on 21/11, still not delivered.
Very disappointing as the time frame is not explained in the ordering process and my niece did not receive her flowers before her Graduation & formal.

The moment passed.

I ordered flowers for a first time mother Friday at 09:56 and at 14:25 I receive another email stating that it will be delivered Monday.
They reluctantly, with pause, gave an excuse. They ran out of pink flowers. I explained why I couldn’t have been notified to perhaps come to another arrangement. Once again a pause.
Definitely don’t trust the same day policy.
And not even a “ mates rates “ on the Monday flowers.
I’ll give cash and a card.

The flowers were absolutely stunning each flower perfect. Staff were helpful and understanding when I asked to change date for delivery. I couldn’t be happier and would use them again.
