Great service this morning, thank for arranging that car for wife at short notice.

I used Exclusive Hire yesterday for a large family event, the drivers were polite and very professional. The cars arrived 15 minutes early and were polished to a very high standard. My family and I would highly recommend using Exclusive Hire.

We had a fantastic experience with Exclusive Hire Limousines. My 12 year old son Jack had a birthday picnic at Devil's Dyke last summer and they collected all of his friends and brought them to the party then took everyone home. The driver was incredibly friendly and the office booking the event helped with coordinating everything seamlessly, down to choosing the best order of collection for each boy on the route. I'd give them an A+ for the service. Good value for money too.

God company and amazing limo

Liars from start to finish! Asked if there was alcohol provided and was told 3 bottles of prosecco would be in the limo on arrival. This turned out to be a complete lie! When I questioned the Owner directly about this he stated that Bubbly can be classed as sparkling water and when I said I had asked directly about alcohol I was told that the owner of the Limo May have been Muslim (he wasn’t, the owner of the Limo was a nice guy who told me this isn’t the first time they have done this) shocking company.

I have a disabled daughter. We booked a limousine via these crooks. Promised us a night to truly remember. Yes we will remember for ALL THE WRONG REASONS!!. Our only disabled daughter who was 18 left distraught and very upset. The limousine that turned up was a rust bucket. No music inside. No lighting. And a piece of hard plastic that stuck up near the door that my daughter scratched her leg on. To add to it all booked for return journey and guess what the rust buvket didn't arrive. Rang Adam/Anand wasn't interested one bit!!!! PLEASE PLEASE GO DIRECT.DO NOT USE THESE BROKERS. IT'S CHEAPER! !!!
PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR BIG MISTAKE. FEEL AN UTTER FAILURE AS A FATHER. ANY DAUGHTER GETS ONLY ONE 18TH BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS RUINED. THIS COMPANY IS INTERESTED ONLY IN MONEY AND GREED. INHUMAN BEINGS!!

If it’s a limo you want DO NOT USE THESE. They send inferior cars when they say they are proper limos and only fulfil half of their obligations. Booked for a return journey but never turned up.
Absolute waste of space

Please do not I REPEAT do not use this company they took money and never turned up and left us stranded we had to get taxis...... Cowboy firm..... Use them at ur peril u have been warned....

Driver went to wrong adress 10 minuets away which resulted in a shortend drive time, we paid £650 and the ride wasn't worth A penny, he was slow and rode dangerously as on his phone, texting, calling, turning the steering wheel with his knees, the "soft drink and bubbly" was Spar water bottles. No one would pay £650 expecting a poor quality ride where the driver sat behind a wagon doing 40mph on a 2 lane 70mph motorway texting. He was ignorant and didn't speak.

Please do not use this company they will leave you feeling ripped off and disappointed! I unfortunately booked them 1 year in advance for my daughter and friends prom.
4 days before the prom I was contacted by them informing me that I had not returned my signed contract and paper work. I had in fact returned everything signed, they had my deposit money and banked it and I had evidence from them.
The day of the prom the limo " broke down" having no choice but to accept the alternative transport provided by them, due to it being the day of the venue.
The driver was half an hour late to a time bound venue
1 of the four girls had to sit in the front with the driver, the replacement vehicle was not a limo.They couldn't even sit together
They where not given a soft drinks package as per contract, we had to provide that.
The manner of the driver was unpleasant, he made no effort to recognise this was a major event for the girls.
On the journey to the venue the girls had to listen to BBC news!
The driver made no attempt of any conversation making for a very uncomfortable journey
Whilst driving the driver held his mobile device as his Satellite navigation system, totally illegal.
When they arrived late to their venue the driver asked the girls to take their rubbish with them! (The drinks we had provided them with) Having used limo services before I have never heard of such a thing! Hope the bride doesn't have to do that when she arrives at the church!
I only used this service as it was a specific limo I wanted to hire, in the end I didn't get it despite being organised and booking well in advance. I can only warn people not to use this service as they will let you down, ignore your complaint when you use their complaint service and see no need for compensation when they break their own contract.
