Bought it for my wife because she wanted something to help with dry lips. She liked how hydrating it felt although she said the brightening took a little longer than expected. she was still happy with it.

I wasn't expecting much because most glosses leave my lips feeling sticky. This one feels comfortable instead and gives a really nice finish. Definitely one of the better lip products I've purchased.

I originally bought this just to see what the hype was about. It didn't take long before I understood why people kept talking about it. My lips have stayed soft and comfortable every day since I started using it. Even the customer service was excellent when I had a small question. It's been a really positive experience.

The cooling metal applicator has become my favorite feature. It feels refreshing every single time I use it. The glossy finish is just an added bonus.
