Obviously either going bust or ripping customers off !!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Order placed 5 weeks ago. Goods have not been delivered. Company has failed to respond to several emails despite me pointing out they are in breech of consumer rights acts and requesting a refund. There is a reason why there is nowhere on their website that you can leave a review and warn other consumers. Total sham of a business

Ordered in July- one directly and one via Debenhams- still hasnt arrived. Emails unanswered. Found a number online and has just lied- do not order from this company, you will not receive your items.

***AVOID - BUSINESS POTENTIALLY GOING BUST*** Paid 149.99 for my wife's underwear on next day delivery on Monday 29th September. Order still not fulfilled or received (8th October today) Emailed them twice with zero response. Nothing. Contacted my bank to try and get a charge back on Monday. I await outcome. Robbing bar stewards.

This company feels like a complete scam. The product quality is extremely poor, and they’re not based in England as they claim. It’s run by a foreign owner with no genuine passion for lingerie — just a copy-paste operation mimicking established brands. Nothing about it feels authentic. They’re simply taking your money without offering real value.

I orderd on 14 July 2025. Waited 2/3 weeks still no package. From NL to UK is a estimate max of 1 week to get it deliverd but never this long. Tried to reach mail out 4 times, never got contact. Analysed there phone number and all the sudden that seemed worked. The idea of reaching out this way says enough. Important to mention: there phone number is not on their site. Normally- this should be on there. Period.

Once in contact which was per WhatsApp they admit their mistakes. And said something about moving warehouses that's why some orders were diffucult to find. Also, this was never stated on their site as well. At least they should have something on their homepage like: we are currently moving so orders will take longer. For example. But I gave the benefit of the doubt and let them fix it. We can all learn from mistakes.

They promised to send out my package on Monday 11th August with free express. And that will be in 2 days. Never got it. So reflecting in their things that needed work never happened. I mean, poor contact service is one thing but fake promises is just behind unprofessional. So my last step was asking for receiving my payment back. And Im highly in doubts if this is gonna happen, to be fair.

I really don't know anything about their physical store so can't judge that but online services are really bad.

I've never experienced something like this. This is definitely the first time- and last time I buy something on there. I'm dissapointed cause their stuff online looks really nice. But the service overall is very poor. But for sure the false promises did it for me.

I ordered from Lingerie Room Official and received completely incorrect items that were not only different from what I purchased but also of much lower value. I reached out to their customer service immediately and was told the correct items would be sent. It’s been over three weeks now, and I have received nothing.

I’ve contacted them twice since then and have been completely ignored. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. At this point, I’m considering reporting the transaction to my bank as a scam just to get my money back.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and clearly not committed to fulfilling their promises. Very disappointing.

I'd like to say poor customer service but a better comment would be "NO" customer service.
It took six messages before they replied and I responded straight away yet here we are three days on and again no response!

Product is lovely but the packaging was not at all discreet, which would have been desirable given the nature of the product.

Very quick delivery. Good quality garment. True size fit for larger breasts.

Whilst the items were lovely the delivery experience was not. I paid extra for express delivery which didn’t happen and despite having requested directly have not received refund of delivery cost

Ever thing was there that I needed first time buying for the wife

It was a simple experience.
