Lucius went above and beyond throughout the whole process, helped me with everything and even sending a personalised video of my bike. i cannot thank him enough.

Excellent service when buying a new bike remotely, whilst social distancing measures are in place. Seamless transaction, contactless delivery, staff professional and helpful, and a great deal on a fantastic bike. Will deffo consider using Lings Honda for future bike purchases, thanks!!

Sale feedback
The bike I purchased was supposed to have been fully serviced and MOT'D before delivery to me. However, on checking the bike once it had been delivered it wouldn't start, possibly due to a flat battery, it hadn't been MOT'd since March 2019 so I couldn't tax it and it hadn't been serviced as agreed. The salesperson did then organise a hire bike whilst mine was collected and these details corrected , but this did mean I could not use a bike for 2 different days and I paid insurance on a bike for 7 days that I never had access to. The salesperson did arrange for me to be provided with a spare key on return of my bike which was good of him. The was also a mix up on the paperwork regarding mileage of the vehicle which although only a small amount did make me think that if the paperwork wasn't correct what else could be wrong.
Overall not the greatest experience and I hope any future dealings I have with Lings go better.
