The staff were very pleasant to deal with. My Lings experience was dazzling!

Just purchased a 2018 ducati from lings of Ipswich was slightly more expensive than others of same age and mileage but was advertised as one owner and immaculate with 4 ducati service stamps. On delivery the bike has loads of stone chips on the front and although it does have 4 stamps 3 are from 2018 to 2020 and no service for 4 YEARS after that . When I raised this with the sales person I got the usual no reply . Please avoid this dealer

Phone call from sales manager saying why would they volunteer the information that the bike hadn't been serviced in 4 years if I had asked i would have been told . It's not there job to tell us everything about the bike after all there a business and it's there job to sell bikes. And it's my job to never recommend this dealership ever ever . So if you ever look at a bike from this lot please go through it with a tooth comb or you might end up with a pile of crap

Excellent service all round. I found Leon to be most effective and his knowledge was excellent.

Good communication and thorough service , Would have been 5 but slightly disappointed with trade in price accepting . 100% will use again .

Dislike the fact that because it was a Kawasaki and not a Triumph nobody had any idea about anything really. I suspect the oil was changed, when it should’ve had, no idea about the Kawasaki warranty or how anything worked on the bike, it hadn’t been even been cleaned. So unfortunately not that impressed.

Great staff , great selection of bikes and found the sales team to be very good, Leon at Suffolk Triumph got it spot on ,very helpful ,very knowledgeable but didn’t try to push the sale on you , will be using them for all my bike servicing requirements . Well done all at Suffolk Triumph

All staff went above and beyond! Jake has been great on the comms and sourcing the clothing. In a country of generally poor customer service, it is very refreshing to deal with Lings who have this all sown up!

Friendly and helpful. Offered to have the bike delivered for free to my local dealership so I could ride home from there saving time and fuel money.
Both branches, friendly chatty and knowledgeable. Fully recommend.

A great sales experience, it made the whole process easy on getting a new bike.

We dealt with Aaron from lings Ipswich, great guy, good knowlege and no pressure to buy, customer service and experience was fantastic.

Bought a bike, it had mechanical issues from the start....the manager Jake was very genuine, authentic and after multiple attempts to fix he was able to offer me a replacement vehicle. The staff are helpful and honest. Would recommend

Helpful sales person. (Charlie) but not told about the rev limits during the running in period. Also the bike showed a permanent engine failure light. Quickly solved, but spoiled my run out. Otherwise fine.
