Harry at the Watton branch was extremely helpful! Didn’t try to upsell me anything and didn’t push me to make a decision, he was happy for me to come in and out asking loads of questions so I could make a decision on what would be best for me. The gentleman in the workshop who got my bike ready done a fantastic job, she was gleaming when she was delivered. Overall very happy and will be buying another bike from there in the future.

Have been dealing with James the sales guy for a few weeks now and has honestly been the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Very helpful, no pressure sell. Brilliant.

Just wanted share what a total pleasurable experience it has been to owning my first Triumph motorcycle. Harry form Lings in Watton nothing was too much trouble. From sitting on the bike in the showroom to arranging a test ride. The speed twin was amazing and when showing an interest found it to be non pressured and gave me a great deal on my bike for trade in. Harry kept great communication ensuring my bike was prepared for handover and was just gleaming on collection. Following up to ensure everything has gone well with great aftercare. An overall fantastic experience and the bike and service well beyond my expectations.

Helpful non pushy salesman relaxed atmosphere. Knowledgeable, quickly arranged test rides and sale.

I purcased a 2018 harley 1month ago from lings watton lovely bike but i found the rear fender was very rusty i found replacement and asked if they would cover
half the cost but they refused to help so just leaving a honest review

Helpful service all the way through the purchase process. Harry kept me informed at all times. From initial test ride to delivery to my home all smoothly and efficiently delivered.

I thought the whole process was completely professional and a very good experience from beginning to end. James was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Kept me up-to-date with any progress with the bike and he also sent me a lovely little video when the bike was ready to be delivered. would definitely recommend and I will be using them again in the future.

Sorry to say I still don't feel particularly welcome or treated like one of their serious Triumph purchaser's. It so happens I am very interested in changing my tourer for one of the larger Tigers but just don't feel any connection with their shop staff and nobody seemed interested in making any approach to me (I think the shop had one customer).
I also asked if I could leave my tank bag somewhere safe whilst my bike was serviced as it had valuable cameras inside but that wasn't an option.
Triumph after market accessories service is not very good. I'm very unhappy that my ordered engine protectors and bobbins are unobtainable at the moment or in the near future. I wish to protect my bike and to be able to do chain maintance. It's just not good enough! Feeling pretty depressed about it all which is a shame as my Trident is a wonderful machine.

Great service received when buying my Tiger 660. Nice smooth process with Harry keeping me updated throughout the sale. No issues and bike was prepped and ready for collection on date chosen. Would definitely recommend.
