Recently bought an E-MTB from Lings Power2Cycle in Norwich and although I haven’t yet received it the guys have been brilliant helping me out with tons of enquiries, all via email as somehow they were trying to call me on a number that wasn’t mine , but their fault but nevertheless all very attentive to my enquiry , super polite too . Great communication from Ed and very quick delivery. Follow up calls from Ed afterwards to make sure I was happy with the bike were great.

The guys where very helpful sent me videos responded to any questions I had always friendly made buying my bike very easy thankyou guys

Ordered the bike on a Monday was sent out Wednesday delivered Friday brilliant communication off the staff and the bike is perfect definitely recommend using these guys for an e-bike

Yeah great, staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous would definitely recommend and in fact already have and they’ve just purchased their own bike from Lings

Extremely poor customer service, numerous calls not returned, emails not replied to incorrect information given all by Ed Curtis.. However, eventually the e-bike arrived, albeit late (this was down to the courier)
On inspection, the 70 page user guide/owners manual was in almost every language other than Engish!
I eventually spoke to another Ed (Ed Jary) that had just joined the company who was very helpful and managed to email me with an English version..

I ordered, and paid a deposit on a GasGas G Light Trail 2 and a Husqvarna Tourer T1 on 12th July 2024, the bikes are advertised as 'in stock and available for delivery'.
The bikes arrived at my house on 5th September - 8 weeks later....
I was informed it could be 1-2 weeks for the Husky and 3-4 weeks for the GasGas, so not as advertised, and total wait of 8 weeks, however the bikes are very good.
Next bad point....
Both bikes were delivered with the invoices and PDI checklist sheets, both bikes PDI checklist sheets had all the boxes ticked (n/a where applicable). Tyre pressures checked, pedals greased, installed and torqued correctly etc...
The tyres had between 6 and 8 psi in them (both bikes).... the pedals were not even fitted....
Can I be sure the other items on the checklist have been checked????

The process of purchasing and financing my new Motorcycle from Lings was a pleasure. I was kept informed about the process each step of the way and dealt with in both a friendly and professional way.

Power 2 Cycles was streets ahead on price compared to any other retailers on the market and the service was amazing from start to finish.

I ordered through Ed the sales guy and he made the whole thing very easy, he answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout, he even sent me a video of the bike pre build, which I think is a really nice personal touch!

The bike was shipped direct to my house (7hrs away) it was like receiving a brand new car, the service was excellent, I can’t remember the drivers name but he was on time and very professional!

Would definitely use again and already recommended to a friend!

1. Test ride of bike was stress free and sales assistant, Aaron, was helpful. A deal was made and a good, fair price for my p/x... 5 stars...
2. Bike from Watton delivered to Harleston and serviced ready for collection, within a few days. Amazing service. Missing a rear seat, but was told I would get it soon. 5 stars...
3. Collection of bike and signing of documents (on a Friday) seemed a little rushed. I was told I'd receive the documents via an email that day... 4 stars
4. A few phone calls later, documents received and rear seat collected. 5 stars...

All in all, a wonderful service from Aaron, Kev and the Lings team. I would definitely recommend Lings of Harleston to anyone, and would use again.

Very good customer communication, great video of the bike following purchase. Delivery was well executed with bike pre built and full pdi report given with documents. Even a follow up call from Ed to confirm there were no issues following delivery.

My purchase a Honda lawnmower. I found good polite communication by telephone. Mower delivered on time as promised well pleased so far.
