Visiting LINGsCARS.com was a very unique experience. At first, it was difficult to find the Nissan Juke and Jeep Wrangler because the site does not have a search bar, which makes navigation more challenging. The design is very busy, with lots of bright colors, animations, and flashing elements that distract from the actual information. The one thing that helped was the Manufacturer header, clicking this allowed me to find both vehicles.

The Nissan Juke and Jeep Wrangler pages did include full pricing and leasing details, but the information felt buried under all the visuals. Overall, the site has good content but poor usability.

It was easy to go to the website. Don't waste time finding what you're looking for.

I have just taken delivery of my 6th lease car in a row from the great folks at Ling’s. Brilliant service as always and it all went exactly to plan. Prices and flexibility are always good and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a lease vehicle.

The company has a special navigation technique which makes it easier for someone who has the knowledge of the car he is looking for to grab the information he needs. But I think the company should include a search engine well displayed at the left top corner to help guide those that will find it difficult to navigate through the website. In exception of that, the website is amazing.

At first, the look and feel, as well as the colors of the site, were a bit overwhelming. However, in terms of usability, I found both cars I was looking for really quickly because the site is very intuitive.

Guy was great and kept me informed, I have used Lings cars for several years now and have always had great service. Would highly recommend.

The Lings customer service portal worked very well. The team always responded quickly and helped tailor deals to my needs. The flexi deal suited me very well and the delivery by the supplier was quick and effortless.

Lingcars provides good service all the way through the rental/hire process. Straight communication and down to earth advice.

The staff at LINGs, particularly Guy, always communicated in a timely and informative manner. Obviously the chain from first ordering the car to delivery was not always under your control but we were kept appraised of the key waypoints, and the delivery was smooth.
We have started to use the car and both really like it.

The customer service was fantastic and attentative. The website, though it can be a shock to the system at first, their message board is fantastic I would recommend LingsCars to anyone and everyone!

What a shame, just looks like every other car leasing website now, no differentiation, no reason to come here first any more, but thanks for the 4 cars previously supplied...

I've had 4 cars through Lings Cars, so I'm obviously very happy with their service. Always friendly, informative, and respond to any communication very promptly. Recommended.

Great Service as usual, 20 years, 7 cars and counting.
Always the most competitive deal (limiting the upfront costs).
Close to pay-as-you-go as you can get without the big uplift in monthly prices.
Staff are fun when corresponding although those bright colours on the website might be having a psychedelic effect on all who see it ...
Ling's site is great for research when you are ready for the next one, without having to be dealer or brand specific.

As a family we have leased several cars through Lings. That in itself speaks volumes. Communication so good is a big help. Queries answered promptly. Wouldn’t use anyone else
