Die Platine ist recht gut gelungen und auch die Verarbeitung ist sehr ordentlich. Die Funktion ist sehr gut, auch in Verbindung mit Homeassistant. Der einzige Mangel ist das Gehäuse welches zum selbst... もっと見る
Es hat lange gedauert, aber das war es wert (neue Entwicklungen brauchen Zeit). Wertiges Gehäuse war auch dabei, was will man mehr :-)

terrible customer service
To date, the product has not been delivered, and I have received no assistance or solution from you in resolving the delivery issue. Your goal is not customer satisfaction.
I requested the package to be delivered to a port with a 24-hour reception, but it was not delivered
DHL. It is obviously not true that we did not accept the delivery; they are on call 24/7.
I did not receive a delivery notification or a notification of failure. I cannot pick it up at the post office because I am not in the country. Only the sender can file a complaint, not me. I asked the company to do this, but they did not. I paid for the delivery, but it was not delivered. I also asked them to send
another package to my Hungarian address, but they refused, saying they weren't interested in the problem. I was surprised by this from a German company.
I have never encountered such a terrible company that cares so little about its customers, looking for excuses instead of solutions. I was nice when I offered that instead of giving me my money back, they could send the goods to my address and I would pick them up there, after they failed to complain about my undelivered package. They refuse to do that, and I haven't gotten my money back yet.
I'm still waiting for it. It was a mistake to order anything from a company like this.
This scammer didn't deliver the product and didn't
give me my money back, PayPal refunded me instead. Don't buy anything from these people, they're scammers.

We understand your frustration and would like to clarify the facts:
- Your order was shipped on time and delivered into DHL’s network.
- From there, the local Croatian postal service became responsible for final delivery. According to their records, the delivery attempt failed, despite your instructions.
- Our team responded quickly: within 10 minutes, then 35 minutes, and later after 22 hours once further checks had been made. At each step we explained the situation and gave the available options:
- Pick up the parcel at the local post office.
- Wait until it returns to us, at which point we issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, local post services do not allow us to request a re-delivery, and we cannot personally collect or redirect parcels on your behalf. We also explained that sending a replacement to Hungary before the first shipment returns is not possible—otherwise we would be sending out goods twice for one order.
We never refused to help; rather, we pointed out the limits of what can realistically be done in this case. We even suggested courier shipping for future orders, where we can guarantee door-to-door delivery without depending on local postal processes.
Your expectation that we can override the Croatian postal system or send a second shipment without return of the first is unfortunately not possible. That does not mean we are “not interested,” but simply that there are operational limits.
We regret that this situation has caused you inconvenience and will of course issue your refund once the parcel is returned.

nach1,5 Jahren einen Defekt am Stecker im Gehäuse. Kurzes Telefonat und der Ersatz war in einem Tag da.
