I have waited for my order for more


I have waited for my order for more than a month and still haven't heard anything yet. Customer service did not respond to my question recently.

New Updated from 2/25.
My order never arrive. Customer service(Rachel) helped me contacted shipping for this issues but no luck. I give one more star to this review since customer service is trying to help.

I end up canceled my order because it has been lost.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. ITS A RIPOFF!!!

Dear Lord they sent my two jackets that I ordered in size 3XL and I received two jackets that were XL in size. The tag says it's 3XL but I wear a 2XL and ordered one size up to make sure they wouldn't be too small. I wish I would've known the jackets were coming from China. If so, I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THEM. What a waste of my hard earned money ($150.00). I'm disgusted 😀 Terrible business ethics!!!!! They apologized but THATS IT. No replacement with the correct size or refund. I'm out $150 because I can't wear these jackets. I guess that's their way of saying F U and sorry about your luck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. TERRIBLE

Sizes are smaller than the size charts


Sizes are smaller than the size charts on the website for jackets. I was going to send them back for a refund and it has to go to Viet Nam which costs half the amount I paid for the jackets. The return address isn't even valid per USPS and FedEx. Hopefully, PayPal can resolve this nonsense. Website misrepresents sizes and customer service is subpar.

Coat is functional & warm, but zipper is a little flimsy-we'll see how long it lasts.

Took a while to arrive, sizes off, product doesn't fit

On a positive, I love the graphics on the shirt and this was the only place I found that had what I was looking for. The products are very unique which is something I value. On the negative side, when I ordered the product the website stated fast shipping and also it seemed the product would be shipped from the U.S. Based on that info, we purchased some outfits for our spur of the moment wedding which was about 20 days out from time of order. Unfortunately the product didn't make it on time as the items were made to order in Vietnam. I order from Wish and am aware it is usually a month for anything direct shipped from Asia. If I had known, I would have went a different route. As it was, we had to scramble hard to find themed outfits for the wedding at the last minute. When the product finally arrived, the shirt I ordered does not fit. I ordered an XL and the shirt is very much a Large, not an XL. That is another issue I find with direct ship clothing from Asia, their XL is often a large! I will need to return the shirt as it does not fit at all. So if you place an order, realize it will take some time to arrive and sizes might be off.

Ropa china de mala calidad

Hola, acabo de recibir el pedido, los acabados son malos, la tela es de una especie de chándal..., venía manchada una manga que es blanca de algún tipo de grasa, el texto está pixelado y borroso,una calidad china muy muy mala un auténtico desastre de sudadera, pagué 50€ y no daría ni 10€ por ella, no compres en esta tienda, el envío viene de china directamente

J'étais un peu septique en achetant sur ce site.
J'ai passé une commande le 17/12/2024.
Au départ je ne recevait que des mails de pub venant du vendeur. Puis au bout d'une semaine j'ai enfin eu des nouvelles ma commande était prête à être livré.
Je l'ai reçu le 3 janvier. Et elle est trÚs bien, conforme, confortable et trÚs belle.
Mes problÚme de livraison n'ont rien eu à voir avec le vendeur mais avec la société de livraison, c'était un désastre.
