I would like to assure you that we take sizing very seriously, and we make every effort to provide accurate size charts on our website to help customers select the right size.

To be supported, please check the size tag on collar.

- If it is incorrect, we would like to support resending new item for free.

- Otherwise, please take measurements of your item in flattening position and compare to sizing chart attached. (Please expect 0.5-1.5cm differences due to manual measurements). If there's a big difference, please send us clear photos of measurement, we will also support to resend new item for free.

As I checked, your order is currently en route to your country.

If there's no move or you cannot track, please wait 2-5 days later for tracking information to be fully activated.
With this product, we need 5-8 days for preparation and 15-20 days for express delivery. Please expect delay due to bad weather, national holiday and other unexpected situation.

If you haven't received your package, please contact the nearest Carrier Office and ask for the whereabouts of this parcel. The carrier may leave it on his truck and intends on delivering it in next day. Also, please ask your family members or someone nearby who possibly kept the package for you and missed to inform you or not. Besides, please check the shipping address again to make sure the provided address is correct.
