Consistently good Kratom and great customer service

Great quality and quick processing and shipping!

The quality of their product is amazing. My only complaint would be limited strains. They don’t carry golds or yellows, only green, red, and white.

I work nightshift and I've been taking kratom for over 3 years, I found LIONS Herbs a couple of months ago and I've ordered from them at least 5 or 6 times and I don't think I'll ever order anywhere else. Every single batch has been awesome, clean, and works great. Their customer service is awesome too, the coupon code didn't register on one order and they communicated and fix it right away and was extremely kind doing it. The shipping usually takes 2 days to get to Oregon, but with the holidays it's understandablely been a little slower this month, but still very fast. I'm very grateful I found them because there is a lot of junk on the market with fillers and metals that noone should be taking at all!

The kratom is great quality and the shipping is super fast. I do wish they carried a yellow dragon but their whites are really good.

Ordered some kratom for a great price... Krataom arrived quickly as always. Good product. Great doing business with Lion Herbs.

First of, when I commented on facebook about one of my bags arriving ripped, my comment was deleted ..I was simply asking to wrap the product more carefully; I wasnt disrespectful, but rather cautious ,for others to be noted. And obviously, wanting to receive fresh kilo, as I always look forward to fresh product. I order kilos every 2 weeks! This time I ordered a kilo as well and received 2 bags of 500 gr each. One of the bags was ripped and half of the content was spilled in the packaging. That's my money ,so of course I'm not gonna be too happy, naturally...please, understand that!
Secondly, I received a notification about my package being delivered however, it was 2 locations away, still, and I received it 2 days later..not sure what's happening, but I had to rush home to get the package before it gets stolen(neighborhood problems) upon arriving, there was nothing ,which promted me to contact the post office and ask them about my package, to which they stated it wasnt delivered at all and is still in transit. Weird ..
On the bright side, as I stated before ,on Facebook, I like the product and its freshness. Good stuff, so thank you, for that!
