One star is way more than I would rate this company. Cheap and nasty shoes. Really bad return process, they try to make it impossible to return and hope you give up, they even offer discounts to try and get you to keep their cheap and nasty product. But mainly the product is badly constructed and look like Gumby boots. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT ORDER ANYTHING.

La semelle est fine comme du papier, on sent douloureusement tous tous les gravillons ou imperfections du sol. On comprend pourquoi une semelle supplémentaire est conseillée ainsi qu’un GARANTIE DE DEUX ANS !! À la réception, à la première remarque, un retour est proposé à Albuquerque aux USA alors que le colis vient de la région parisienne. Au bout du compte pour en finir avec les complications il est proposé un une indemnisation de 30% pour en finir. ARNAQUE MASSIVE.

It seems I accidentally ordered 2 extra pair of shoes, due to going back & double checking my order twice. I have tried to email Lionsaurus LLC, however my online security is telling me it is an unsafe site. Also I got the impression these shoes were made in Italy by 2 Italian brothers, but the manufacturers are in Albuquerque USA!
However, when I contacted them to tell them I had over - ordered, they quickly gave me a refund of the 2 extra pair of shoes. Also the shoes arrived within a timely manner & I really like the look & fit of the shoes. So I am happy. 😊

Les produits achetés sont envoyé du pays de commande mais pour le retour, il faut renvoyer au USA. Ce qui rend le renvoi plus cher que le produit.

Habe 3 WiFi Panorama Cameras gekauft. Bestellung und Lieferung verlief ordentlich. die drei Kameras allerdings sind m.E. von niedriger Qualität und sind umständlich und schwer in der App Yi IoT schwer anzumelden. Wenn das nach vielen Versuchen doch funktioniert hat, sieht man fast nur Werbung und findet das Camaerabild nur mit Werbeunterbrechungen. Wenn ein Bild zu sehen ist, ist dieses allerdings klar und gut. Ich kann einen Kauf der Cameras und Installation der App nicht empfehlen

Habe die bestellte Uhr noch nicht bekommen.

I ordered an indestructible watch from them in October or November 2023 at a half price offer for £69.
November 14th they said it’s on its way.
Never received the watch nor any reply to my email December 3rd.
I thought it was a scam company and they had just taken my money.
However through PayPal’s Resolution Centre I finally received the watch on or about 25th of January.
