Produit de qualité insatisfaisante. Les conditions de retour sont manifestement dissuasives : la société, bien que se présentant comme opérant dans lâUnion européenne, est en réalité basée en Chine.
Le retour du produit implique des frais de port trÚs élevés vers la Chine, intégralement à la charge du consommateur, ce qui rend lâexercice du droit de rétractation particuliÚrement difficile.
En cas de demande de remboursement, il est proposé uniquement 20 % du montant de la commande, ce qui ne correspond pas aux obligations prévues par le droit européen de la consommation.
Malgré mes relances hebdomadaires depuis trois mois, aucun remboursement intégral nâa été effectué à ce jour.
Cette situation me paraît contraire aux rÚgles de protection des consommateurs en vigueur au sein de lâUnion européenne.

2 Lamps that never Arrived worth â¬250.00
I ordered two bedside table lamps for my daughter for Christmas to be delivered to her home in Amsterdam - price was c. â¬250.00. The lamps were ordered mid-November to allow plenty of time for delivery before the holidays. By mid-December I had not been able to get any delivery information from the company, despite repeated requests. One, free lamp was delivered around the 20th December to the wrong address, and went missing. The first of the gifted lamps was delivered just before Christmas, again to another wrong address. The third lamp was delivered after Christmas, this time apparently to the correct address - however my daughter was in Ireland at the time, so couldn't have taken any deliveries. I repeatedly emailed the company about these individual attempted deliveries in real time, and again several more times at the beginning of January. I got no meaningful engagement at any stage - so my daughter didn't get her Christmas present, and I am out of pocket by a considerable amount of money. Absolutely disgraceful. Their customer service number is defunct, and there is no other direct way of contacting them. BTW on their website they say they have a 4.5 rating on Trustpilot! so you need to look into that.

A big scam, a robbery
A very bad experience with this company, will be first time and the last time. We have ordered two lustres and told them many times that we would be away during the summer. They never indicated the time frame for delivery. Lost track one of the items we ordered, then we managed to get one (as I was very active to find out whereabouts) but the other one we never received until today. We have send them so many emails to get the refunds, as they answered as robots, always replying the same answers and email us as if the refund has been processed and said that it will take a few days to get refund, but until today, we never received anything from them. This is a big scam. Please do not order anything from them!!!

Mi riferisco a quanto ho scritto il 14 novembre 2025 riguardo un lampadario pendente difettoso che rimaneva visibilmente inclinato da un lato una volta montato. Abbiamo chiesto l'annullamento dell'ordine e il rimborso subito, quindi ben prima dei trenta giorni delle condizioni dello stesso Lior. Dopo alcune settimane ci hanno proposto un rimborso di una certa percentuale che abbiamo accettato, perché sfiniti dal continuo botta e risposta tramite mail. Ricordo che in precedenza ci avevano riconosciuto il diritto di avere il 100% di rimborso, ma poi hanno ritrattato. Da quando abbiamo accettato questa percentuale di rimborso Ú passato ormai quasi un mese. Ci avevano detto che ci avrebbero rimborsato in 10 giorni lavorativi (NB eravamo ben lontani dal Natale). Beh, Lior Ú semplicemente sparito. Non solo non ha effettuato alcun rimborso nonostante i termini per lo stesso siano stati da noi chiariti in modo cristallino. Ma non rispondono neanche più alla mail. Anche il numero telefonico con prefisso inglese che danno sul sito risulta inesistente. E' soltanto una truffa! Mi raccomando, non comprate da questo sito. Sono solo curiosa di leggere l'amena risposta che ci darà anche questa volta il chatbot deputato alle risposte sia alle recensioni che alle mail ð

It cost me half the cost price to return it. I waited 15 weeks and, despite being told it had been received and a refund would issued, no refund was ever made.
I was able to get my bank to cancel the transaction so I was eventually refunded, but only because I took action.

Doesnât honor their return policy
This company will ship your product, but they donât honor their 30 day no questions asked supposedly easy return policy. Iâm now stuck with a lamp that isnât dimmable. At first they wanted me to send it back to China at my own expense. Finally, theyâve agreed to a 50% refund and I can keep the lamp. This is not ideal because I have no use for it but better than nothing. Just know that if you buy from them, you wonât have a great support / return experience.

Problem with the lampshade
I had a problem with the lampshade that I bought from Lior and Clé. It was difficult to get their customer service to understand what the problem was. Eventually they were very helpful and ended up giving me a full refund as they weren't able to rectify the problem. This was honourable of them but I don't think I would buy again from them as I wouldn't be confident that I would receive the item as described on the website.

En primer lugar no me dieron una estimación de entrega. Aunque digan que la empresa es de PaÃses Bajos la lámpara venÃa de china. La calidad es pésima y la foto de la web no tiene nada que ver con lo que recibes en tu casa. La lámpara es de pésima calidad por el precio que pagas. Los acabados terribles y la polÃtica de devolución una risa. Tienes que remitir y pagar de tu bolsillo los costes de devolución y solo te pagarán si cuando la reciban consideran que el producto está bien. En fin que no lo recomiendo en absoluto. No diré que es una estafa pero la foto en la web no se parece para nada a lo que recibes en casa. Extremadamente descontenta con la lámpara.
