They've reassured me last time that they will credit back my money after I will give my review to them, but after I did, they never contact me again. I'm so disappointed. I keep asking updates from them and waited days but still no response.

I have reached out via email and asked the manager to cancel the subcritpion that was on the account and even though I was furious about having a subscription I knew nothing about, the person who handled it, handled it well. They refunded me right away without any hassle what so ever. I was impressed with how timely they dealt with it. They are truly professional. Thanks again for making it hassle free and not tedious.
