Necesario saber porque me descontaron más de mi cuenta si decía 3 dólares q pasa

Only giving 1 star, I havnt been refunded my money, should be this difficult to refund someone there money

It’s so bad site

Originally I thought I was signing up to get a box of books from Barns and Nobles. And after completing everything it was for Binderoutlet. If I were still in college I wouldn’t have a problem with it but I’m not. I do appreciate the help and response from the team though

I was under the impression I would be getting a product for a huge discount. I was charged the amount of the product and price. Then later my account was charged another fee. I did not receive the product unfortunately. I wasn't able to cancel the transaction due to the site saying I had to wait 24 hours. Even then I couldn't cancel after said time. I had to chat with customer service to get it taken care of.

Customer service was fast and attentive to my complaint.

Upon review of this matter, Diamond from Escalation team is responsive in taking care of this matter and offering to handle this matter.

I had a wonderful experience

Diamond is very cooperative .He helped me to solve my problem.
