Excellent oil as always absolutely amazing. It’s a shame you don’t run the Richmond shop anymore but this works for us.

Mis-delivery

I've already been in touch direct with liquidgold, via their website Contact, to point out that, but for a stroke of luck, my order might not have been 'delivered', as a neighbouring address had crept into our own on the packages, and in much bigger letters! I still don't understand how/why.....
Anyway, two bottles of Kretaraki now safely in the bottle rack: phew!

Very poor communication in recent times

Previous experience has been excellent. However ........ since the beginning of January I have tried to contact them 3 times and have received no reply. I wanted to stop my subscription. Only because I had too many bottles - not because I was going to stop buying the product. (I really like the product). I was forced to contact my bank in the end to stop any further transactions. A very disappointing experience.
