Excellent service, good communication, on schedule and very clean and polite

We got to Lisbon around 830AM ,we cleared customs and immigration then got thru exit and they had our name on a paper . The lady waiting for our arrival then called the transfer for us .He arrived within 30 minutes and on to our hotel. The night before our flight back to the states we received an E-mail and confirmation for our return. Everything went smoothly with no worries or stress. Great company 😀

Immediately after having made my booking, I received an email confirming same. There is also an option to receive text reminders regarding the pick up. Due to our airline cancelling one flight and then the new flight I had to update Lisbon Transfers, This was done easily via the original confirmation booking form and I received an immediate email confirming the change. Administrative service fast and courteous. On arrival at the airport our driver met us with our name clearly displayed. He was extremely polite and an excellent driver. Excellent service from start to finish.

I booked vans twice. The vans were clean and comfortable.

Drivers for both legs of the round-trip were helpful and friendly. Pick-up at the airport was a bit slow, but nothing too terrible (had to wait maybe 15 minutes due to arriving driver being stuck in traffic). Driver for return trip arrived early, which was appreciated. Would 100% recommend and use again!

Our first driver was welcoming and did a great job of finding us at the airport, even though we went out the wrong door. One of the drivers was very fatherly and gave excellent recommendations. Service was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Lisbon Airport Transfer, going from the Lisbon airport to Sintra and going from Sintra back to Lisbon. We’ll worth the money!

5 star service, communicated every step of the way. They were ready and waiting for us on both arrival and departure, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned coach.

We booked a return transfer with this taxi company between our accommodation location (Oeiras) and the airport in lisbon. For the return we had to contact them the day before departure because we had not yet received a voucher (not professional). The next morning we were waiting at the agreed time and address. However, after 20 minutes there was still no taxi to be seen.
I immediately called customer service and a taxi would be arranged. Only half an hour later after my phonecall did we learn that the driver could not come.

In the end we had to call another taxi company ourselves to get to the airport. Due to this delay of over an hour we missed our flight.

This is of course entirely due to the failure to fulfill the agreement we had with this company.

In the beginning we were promised a refund of the expenses, but after a lot of time and emails we never got anything.

Never again.
