Booked from Lisbon airport to Estoril /Cascais on 20.05.2023 - return to airport 27.05.2023.
Our flight from Luxembourg was delayed by one hour, nevertheless the driver was on the spot and immediately contacted us via WhatsApp after landing.
Very friendly and professional driver, very well maintained vehicle we were 8 people all had enough space.
Transfer to the hotel was very pleasant and relaxed.
Return transfer to the airport was included in the booking - if you pay on the spot, you pay the driver for both transfers.

Booked for my parents in their 70s and feedback was absolutely positive about a professional driver who helped with bags, good English skills explaining things along the way, driving style and state of car. Only downside was the driver didn't wait outside arrivals but at a meeting point which was not communicated upfront. They had to wonder around and communicate through me to the service line. All worked out then but I expected the driver to be right at the doors.

The pick up was just over 30 mins late and the traffic was very busy.
Also the driver had no change so we over paid!
